    The home builder has a 12 month warranty on the home. I filed to have flooring and a kitchen cabinet to be repaired back in December, 2024. It has been 8 months, and they have not completed the work. My home warranty is up at the end of August, 2025.

    Dear BBB Representative, 
     
    We are writing in response to the complaint submitted by Mr. ****** ********* regarding his home built by Lakeshore Development. 
    Summary of the Issue: 
    Mr. ********* contacted our ******************* regarding with concerns with the finishes in his home, including vinyl plank flooring lifting, a scratched cabinet door, and appliance installation.
    Actions Taken: 
    Upon receiving the complaint, our Warranty Team, promptly reviewed the situation and coordinated with the relevant subcontractors and suppliers. 
    Repairs were scheduled and completed in coordination with Mr. ********** availability, including: 
    Replacement and adjustment of the cabinet door 
    Flooring repairs 
    Appliance service where required 
    Throughout the process, we maintained continuous communication with Mr. ********** keeping him informed of scheduling and completion status. 
    Any delays were due to subcontractor availability and Mr. ********** own schedule, and all issues were handled as a priority. 
    Outcome: 
    All reported issues have now been resolved to Mr. ********** satisfaction. He has confirmed that the repairs and replacements were completed successfully, and he is satisfied with the final outcome. 
    Conclusion: 
    Lakeshore Development takes all client concerns seriously and strives to address warranty claims promptly and professionally. We believe that this complaint has been fully resolved, and we appreciate your review of the matter.
