    My husband passed away in Feb. 2021 I initially took our 1981 Cadillac DeVille for a full inspection and estimate for repairs so that we could keep it on the road. I received an estimate of $3,900 in June 2021 at that time being told that was all that needed to be fixed. Paid the amount and had work done. Returned it two times because the car was worse off than it was before having it worked on. Still undrivable, no brakes even though they were supposedly fixed. By August 2021 after having it parked for a while and returning it again, I received another estimate for $1,161.19. Stating that there was a new problem. I decided to wait and get a second opinion. Unfortunately, no other shop within the parts and service warranty would work on it because they didn't feel qualified. So, in December 2021 I again had it towed back to Fast lane after having it sitting for a while because they never actually fixed it and the brakes that were supposedly fixed were still out. Received another estimate for something different. This time the estimate was almost $800, desperate and stupid and just wanting my late husband's car fixed before Christmas, I paid it. The car is worse than ever. I had three near death experiences in one day, the one day that I drove it after being told it was fixed. The brakes still were not working and it turned off on me and the steering wheel locked causing me to almost crash. I have called and emailed them on numerous occasions with no response and believe that they saw a desperate woman, destroyed by the loss of her husband and took advantage. I am devastated. I would like a full refund for all services rendered other than the tire replacement. Those actually look good although I am unable to drive the car.

    Lies from team members regarding my car and what was wrong. They can't get their stories straight. Not trust worthy. They drove my car after I was told not to drive it due to rattling we heard and have it towed. Then they drove it and had to have it towed back to the garage . My car was all scratched in the front from them. Which shows they hit something. I went from them saying it was my drive shaft to an estimate of 5k. All kinds of things were now wrong. We have gone there for years, sent many people to them. The last few times we got multiple stories about repairs needed and the bill always costing a ton. There are so many mechanics in the area, find one you can trust. Do not trust their reviews. Like many companies now who give discounts for good reviews you can't trust reviews anymore. Read reviews like mine. Again we have been going here for years. PS. Took it to Mercedes and the bill was not nearly the 5k they wanted to charge me. They were charging me like 900% on parts also. Do your homework
