I went to a meeting in a hotel in Houston, the class was from The Multifamily Mindset Company where I paid $1K and signed up for 3 days class on a later date, on how to buy Multifamilies using other people's money. A TOTAL SCAM.
In the class, the presenter or host Tyler D******* told us that if we really want to be a couch and close our first deal in the next 3 months, we should sign up for a coaching program that costs $35,000.00.
They have couches that convinced you to sign up for the program, in my case I had J.J. he convinced my wife and me that we should sign up because they will guide us like a parent to his child, to our first DEAL within the next 3 months. I paid 25K. The guidelines, never happened, they have regular group coaching calls, I NEVER GOT TO CLOSE ANY DEAL, and they even stop the access to the regular video classes. I later learned that the cost is not really 35K, the cost could be anything from 5K and up, other people in the class received access to the same program for 5k, 10k, 15k, etc, it is just a matter of them negotiating with the student, they will try to get as much money as possible, if they can't, then they will you access to their classes for as little as 5K and may be for less, in our case, at the beginning nobody signed up but at the end of classes almost everyone signed up for the training. Out of about 200 students, I know of only one who got to buy his first deal, a year later (please notice that is not only him, it has to be a group a team not only one person).
Also, the coaching is not person-to-person, you'll just receive general Zoom meetings or video classes that you can access for FREE on *******. Please don't fall for it.
I would like to request the 25K back as they NEVER helped me to close ANY DEAL.
    Thanks

We have been able to reach out to this client and have resolved the issue.  **** was able to state his concerns to me clearly regarding his experience in out education.  He stated he love the people in the company and knows we are trying to put forth the best education we can, but we had some holes back in 2021 when he paid for the courses.  We have extended out his education to make sure he can continue to learn past his 12 months contract.  This has helped him feel comfortable with the resolution and he feel great about the call we just had.  **** is a great person and has a pure heart of wanting to succeed.  We are dedicated to making sure that happens.
