    My Husband and I are both Disabled , I a Veteran and him with heart issues and we were forced to endure no A/C for months only a window unit and not able to cook or perform activities of daily living . Management has been verbally abusive with discriminatory language, character assignations, discrimination towards my husbands medical condition. We complained continuously about the no A/C without any remedy or remorse from Regional . They moved us to a 2nd unit where the A/C died again and ended up with another window unit that forced us to live in the bedroom only . Arya @ WINDEMERE violated their lease agreement by having no on call emergency maintenance to where I had to call a sister apartment building without any response, we had to endure no quiet time from morning til 12:30 am mostly every night and weekends for 2 months due to a dog in the apartment next to us . We complained not only to the Property Manager Rebecca but also to Regional Jeanette without any resolve . My husband with his heart condition and my War time injuries were forced to sleep on the sofa in the living room to escape the constant dog barking . Regional Albert was verbally abusive towards me with Slandering my name and character in front of Property Manager Rebecca . We were paying $2500 a month and suffered increase mental and physical damages because of all we were put through at this complex. And still now they still want us to pay them for a lease break fee even after they violated discrimination laws and the Adult Disability Act and The Fair Housing Act. They owe us monetary compensation for not only discrimination but abuse of Disabled Adults.
