    After the **** dealership left us high and dry, we discovered Trans Max Transmissions. **** was my first contact. I called twice before bringing the truck up there, she was able to answer my questions and left me feeling confident with my decision to take the truck up there. *****, the owner was knowledgeable and personable. My husband waited while they looked over the truck. Their diagnostic fee was much lower than ****** was. He provided a detailed estimate with an exact time frame of 1 week. **** told us 2-6 months!!! A man of his word, ***** called us within a week and told us the truck was ready. It basically needed a whole transmission rebuild. Ever since we got the truck back, it's handled like a new truck. No more shudders or gear hesitation and certainly no more deadly sudden down shifts. Just wish **** would stand behind their work as much as Transmax! If you need transmission work I HIGHLY recommend Transmax Transmissions of Ocala!
