    Ive never been here before or my wife. We came in after calling asking all the questions I had regarding donating for my first time. They told me the process should take 2-3 hours max. How if we have already waited more then 2 hours in the front already. It took more then 4 hours almost 5 hrs just to donate if I knew that would have never wasted so much time that made me late to pick up my son from school. Also there processing for new donors is a big joke it takes forever because not even your own workers know what to do. That brings up a huge factor this place has no staff at to help you out for anything. I had to ask for supervisor several times because **** came out that did nothing she was No help at all. Then finally ***** ******* came out and told me this and that which made nothing better or easier for myself. Extremely frustrated for being lied to plus wasting 5 hours of my day. Last time I come to this plasma center dont waste your time or day with this place. Since there staff and supervisor are rude and unprofessional.

    My last credit card statement from *******'s plasma off *********** in *********** was in September 2023 was told before I came up there that I would be a new Donor and I would get a $100 for the first 4 visits. Well l. donated yesterday and they've only paid me $50 I called repeatedly for the last 2 days left countless voicemaelse and nobody has followed up with me so now I'm taking this to Better Business Bureau to see if I can get anything done and what is the next step on finding a complaint for false advertisement Also I'm going to download all the voicemails and phone calls that I have made trying to accomplish the $100 payment Plus proof of the voicemail that they told me I was new but we don't need that just because all you need is my credit card statement showing my last payment from them was in September of last year That would be 8 months I'm supposed to renew every 6.

    I have been permanently deferred from donating because of freedom of speech. I have never threatened or harmed anyone I got upset because last year on ***************************** I was to donate and the parade was going on, I watched it and was 5 minutes late for my appointment and they told me I had to reschedule for 2 hrs away when I drove from ************* to drive to ********** location. How can I be permanently deferred from freedom of speech that never threatened or offended any harm to anyone.
