I thought I was accepted as a sponsor by this "company". Bought the ultimate package and then out of no where my page just glitches out and I couldn't finishsking my account. I contacted them twice and no response. Paid 49 bucks. And they send no email after u buy it so u can log in easy..it's a scam. i will keep u guys posted if I get my refundBusiness Response

We have been in constant communication with this member. He not only logged into his account, he submitted for a product and we approved his sponsorship and provided him all the details. He sent us an email on April 5th that he wanted to cancel and we canceled him the same day and gave him a full refund! On April 6th he said he reconsidered and no longer wants to cancel and wanted us to reactivate his account. We attempted to reactivate but his card was declined. There is nothing accurate about his complaint and I will be happy to send copies of the email threads in their entirety.Initial Complaint

I made an account with the hopes of getting sponsored for a car build but I guess they just needed the 14 dollars a month. I've heard nothing from them and they've even deactivate my account so I can't get in to cancel the 14 dollar a month payment. They are taking my money even though I'm not getting anything from the "program" I think it's just an elaborate scam that once they get enough money they buy parts and send out cheap small things to people they choose to make it seem legit. All I can say is I got scammed for 9 months and I want my money back!Business Response

His email wasn't found because he paid for and signed up for his membership under the email address ***********************************, he was then emailing us from a different email *******************************. Our system identifies members by the email address they used to sign up so not sure how the problem logging in can be attributed to our company. Also, he could have canceled at any time without logging in, there is a contact us link right on our website to be used to send in your notice of cancelation without the need to log in.Initial Complaint

Signed up for their car sponsorship VIP package. Never received the items that were ordered, and when I requested a refund I was told that I was past the time for a refund. This business is 100% a scam and these people should be held accountable!!!Business Response

I originally subscribed to their website and the beginning of February. By the middle of March, I reached out to them about canceling my subscription with them through several emails. No one has reached out since then. I am very frustrated and seeking a refund for the amount of money I have paid since. Also, the money was directly transferred from my bank account to them each time a payment unnecessarily needed to be made. I am looking for a total of $360; $39 a month since trying to unsubscribe in March.Business Response

I signed up for a sponsorship today (7/14/2023) and I have found that, after signing up for a sponsorship, this company offers a subscription rather than a one time payment. I've sent an email asking for both a refund and the cancellation of whatever "account" I might have (no option to even make an account exists on their website). The attachment you provided literally says recurring payment. The only email we received from you was you ordering parts with your sponsorship. I entered a sponsorship with car sponsors.com. I initially paid $39 for the first month and tried to cancel after that there was no way I can cancel. I sent the company various messages and they have taken $39 for the last 2 months out of my account every month. I have since talked to my credit card company the company corresponsors.com has not returned any of my emails or try to reach out to me. 04/18/2024 most recent transaction.I signed up for a sponsorship over a year ago only to find out the parts were sub par. I have attempted now for a year to cancel my account and they keep charging me. I've gone through the site, called them and e-mail. I don't use them anymore. I have accessed my account in so long I don't remember the information to log in any more. It's been $39 a month for 12 months. Just to clarify - we dont stock or sell any parts - you told us what part you wanted to order. So for the email - even if you no longer have access to an email address we will and have records of every email we receive and we have no email from you at any other email address. We searched both your name and other identifying variables and found no email canceling.
