They have tricked my underaged son to get signed up with their website. He didnt have permission to do so. Now Im getting charged monthly for aservice we dont have use for. I have tried to look up their **************** phone Number, but unfortunately Im unable to find one on the website nor the web. The phone number listed as theirs on my bank statement charge is NOT working or its another scam. I will file a lawsuit about this soon. This business is SCAM!Business response

misleading information & account charged $39.00 when it said $7.Received a fraud alert from my bank on Saturday they were trying to take another $39.00 after taking same amount of Friday, No phone number to contact them on only able to send a message After looking further into this seems as company is a SCAMBusiness response

THIS IS A SCAM!! ****% A HOAX!!! it CLAIMS THAT IF YOU APPLY TO BE A SPONSOR, THEN YOU WILL GET RANDOM ITEMS FOR YOU TO ***********, AND POST ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA.. THATS THE REASON I WENT AHEAD AND APPLIED TO GET "SPONSORED". Once I was approved , they send me a bunch of info on websites and from there I was to make up a package of items I wanted, and then I would send the info to have it approved. I did all that. Once they replied with a " you can buy these over priced items with a x amount of discount if you want, I immediately replied that I CAN BUY ANYTHING I WANT AT ANYTIME FROM ANY WEBSITE I DONT NEED THEM TO TELL ME ANY OF THAT and this is fraudulent... I never purchased anything from them nor did I agree to. This website is absolutely deceiving all the way... Then today, I just happen to be going thru my bank statements and I see that the website has charged me $26 for 3 months in a row!! Now I don't trust anything and I'm going to go through all of my statements and go item by item wasting hours of my life just because these thieves thought it was cool to steal money directly out of my account. A SHAME, PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME AS A THIEF STEALING SOMEONES CAR. EXCEPT THIS GOES OVER STATE LINES AND USES WIRE TRANSFERS IN THEIR THEFT... SO THAT MEANS ITS FEDERAL . In case you're wondering the definition of sponsorship, I will include that as well. From the dictionary sponsorship /'sp??ns????p/noun plural sponsorships 1 : an arrangement in which a sponsor agrees to give money to someone or something That means THEY WOULD BE GIVING ME MONEY...NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!!! I want ALL OF MY INFO DELETED AND REMOVED FROM ANY AND ALL ASPECTS OF THIS COMPANY AND ASSOCIATED COMPANIES IMMEDIATELY, I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME, I WANT THEM TO HAVE TO PUT ACTUAL FACTUAL INFO ON ANY AND ALL CORRESPONDENCES WITH ANY POTENTIAL OR WOULD BE VICTIMS IN THE FUTURE!!! We have refunded his payment. Please note - he just signed up yesterday and filed the complaint the next day. We hadnt even sent him his welcome package yet and he did not set up his account. I am not sure why this is a complaint but he has been refunded in full.Initial Complaint

I signed up and and paid there fee. Now I can't access and or get into the account to view my details and or cancel I've sent an email. And I've read 100's of reviews. With people being charged after cancel. I will be contacting my bank as well. I would like my money back and to not here from them again. Paid the initial signup fee for the company's alleged "service". Got zero sponsorships. Have been continually charged the $7/mo charge (including 3 times in the past week alone). Cannot even log into the website and the company is claiming my email isn't even on file even though I have all the emails from the company stating I was in the pro level program. I would like a return of my payments ever since this started, I've had absolutely no benefit from using this company and they are continually charging my account without authorization. This is a breach of contract and the fact that this is happening to "customers" during a pandemic when everyone is struggling is simply inhumane. I am a DoD student at Defense Acquisition University and cannot afford to have my account charged for services that aren't even rendered. This has to stop. Please refund me my money.Business response

All we require for a cancelation is an email. This has been canceled and he was not charged 3 times in one week. This company is scamming people who work hard for their money and is engaging in unethical activity. PayPal had previously blocked them from accessing my account and then somehow got access to my account again months later. Their response is totally false and I need my money back. They can keep their $7 piece of plastic that doesn't even work, it cost $80 just to sign up. The attached screenshots showed they absolutely charged me 3x in a week and I was never able to log into the account. I deserve a refund, this is nothing more than a scam. You denied in your last response that I was charged 3 times in a week then when I post the proof you say it was for a past due payment for a service I wasn't even getting. Everyone that's posted on here regarding your company has only had terrible things to say. How can you justify charging people these outrageous amounts? I literally got nothing aside from a $7 reader and the way your company is operating is unethical. Signed up for the "pro level" for $7 a month. I then found out this company's a scam and it won't let me log in, saying my emails not found. and they're still charging me $7 a month and there's no way to stop it. I want my $80 that i spent to have access to the sponsors and the $14 they've charged me for the "pro level".Business response

I signed up for a membership plan with this company beginning of August and I cancelled it towards the end of September 2021. I did this because they do not offer the services they claim that they do. I also found that I couldn't even access my account once I signed up and gave them my payment info. To me this just screamed SCAM and I went ahead and made the decision to cancel. It is now towards the end of November and I am still getting charged a $7 monthly fee even when they told me my membership had been cancelled. Now I would like to either receive a refund for these payments that were made to CS or to cancel my membership entirely. That means no more $7 charges. I just want everyone to now that this company is a fraud and you are not receiving any sponsorships. They will take your payment info and then lock you out of your account (or say you never created one like they did to me even though I had an email on file) They make it very difficult to get in contact with them, which I believe is done on purpose.
