I had the Huggies Pet Mobile service come to my home to bath and groom two yorkies. I also asked if she could give my 1lb 4oz 10 week old Brewier yorkie puppy a quick bath. She agreed to give him a bath and my instructions were to bathe him ONLY. When she was finished with his bath, I noticed that she trimmed his eye area, his snout and his private areas which completely changed his new puppy look! My daughter was coming home for the weekend and she was going to do a puppy photoshoot for our family memories. Unfortunately, his puppy face was changed when it was trimmed and he no longer looked like the 10 week old puppy we purchased. I also believe the groomer put the harness around his tiny neck and may have/could have damaged his trachea. After his bath my puppy was not breathing properly and was gaging and choking which is unacceptable for his size. This left me with scared and worried about his health and well being. I was also very disappointed with the owner and I felt that she should have reached out to me with empathy and kindness, which she did not. I will never use Huggies Pet Mobile Grooming service ever again.
