We ordered containers that were never delivered. Payment for $23,800 was made in full on 01/09/24 and check cashed. Phone calls to ************ and ************ have gone unanswered and no messages returned. We've been reaching out to them asking for date of delivery and have only been informed "I will find out and let you know." On 7/14/2022 our company bought 8 40yrd containers. We were promised a 6 week delivery date. I spoke with ******* on several occasions where she stated our dumpsters were in process and she will have a delivery date soon. In December of 2022, ******* stated that the dumpsters were completed and should be delivered between December 20th-26th. Dumpsters were never delivered. After months of contacting them with no response, I requested a new delivery date or a full refund to which they responded that there is a short in supply and they're waiting on shipments to complete our order. I continue reaching out several times a week by phone and email since then, with no response. July was a year since our order. We have filed a police report for theft.Initial Complaint

12 THOUSAND DOLLARS PAID AS A DEPOSIT FOR ROLLOFF CANS. I WAS TOLD THREE WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. STARTED CALLING AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH GETTING THE CONTAINERS FINISHED. I paid Rhino container in full in february of 2020 for ten 20 yard containers. They told us all ten were ready for paint and shipment. We were shocked when the delivery arrived and they shorted us 4 container valued at 13K. We filed a complaint with the BBB and never got a response so i am refiling a new complaint. We have tried forever two years to get the last four containers from Rhino that they scammed us out of. They refuse to deliver what we paid for and they refuse to refund us. They will not accept phone calls or emails. They have scammed well over 20 companies. It's amazing the **************** is allowing these criminals to continue to fraud hard working people of their money. ****** and ***** should be put behind bars with the amount of money they have stolen from people. Date of the transaction : 7/7/2021 Company never provide us with the merchandise we order. Every time we call or visit in person they say 2 weeks, but we have more than a year waiting for 4 scrap metal containers that we never received. The payment terms were 50% at the moment we placed the order and 50% when they delivered the merchandise. They claimed that we had to pay the 50% missing in order to deliver the product because it was ready , we submitted payment and never received the product.Business Response

We are doing everything possible to complete your delivery, unfortunately we have many clients with delays due to material that has not arrived on time, we have been in constant communication with you personally and by phone.As we all know, we are experiencing difficult times where products do not arrive when they should arrive and that delays all production.

I am rejecting this response because:First , we haven't received part of the order. They only provide us with one container ( out of the 4 that we ordered) with a lot of defects and not even close to what we originally order.
The description of what we needed was in the original signed quote.(see attached).
The below are the defects with the first and only bin we received (pic attached)
1. Fork pockets should be on the narrow end.
2. Anchor points up top should face down, and not exceed the height of the bin.
3. Bin is tack welded together in specific spots, but all seems should be fully welded to avoid weak points and retain structural integrity over time.
4. bins are rusting - have the interior sprayed with bedliner
Second, they asked for the second 50% of payment saying that all bins were ready to be shipped to the port in less than a week and that we have to paid urgently to make this happen, we submitted payment right away and after one year and a half we still haven't received anything. and the bins are not even done ( see attachment) .We tried several times via email, phone and in person to obtain a response and nothing is ready or has been resolved.
At this point and after several times trying to obtain our order we only need a complete refund of the total amount paid to Rhino Containers.
