    Do not ever purchase from this company. They say they pride themselves in great customer service, however, they offer the complete opposite. They do not respond to customer support emails and nor do they take concerns seriously. You have to **** to find a phone number to call. I had an immediate issue upon an accidental order and was told they have no way of making things right. This place is a fraud. Steer clear.

    Ive been ordering Rho Nutrition supplements on a routine basis over the past year and also get bloodwork done every 10 weeks on average. Since using their supplements along with my standard workout routine Ive seen an improvement in a whole list of different bio markers. The shipments have always arrived to me in a reasonable time and the supplements have a pleasant taste. I also appreciate the travel packs as someone that hates spending time measuring out dosages.

    **************** is terrible. I have been waiting for two days for the process on returning product that I do not like. Today will be the 3rd day. The only response I received was we'll get back to you during normal business hours M-F.

    It's been a great product for me and I fine them attentive.I was in bad shape being on Prednisone for a year and half.I weened myself off started NAD+ and right now best I felt in two years.Its been seven months using this product and I'm very satisfied .I also use Berberine and Curcumin.Thank you,changed my life

    Horrible!!! The product is Horrible. The service is Horrible!!! You cannot cancel autoship without a code. The website says they will send a code to your email to access autoship and you never receive it. I contacted them multiple times on the website to cancel the autoship and now I see they have prepared a shipping label and are preparing to ship again!!!!!! The phone number has a message to contact via email. You cannot speak to anyone!! Don't get caught in this scam!! I have a recurring autoship for almost $300 a month that cannot be canceled!!!

    Hi *******, we apologize if you feel it was difficult to cancel your subscription. To clarify, customers can log into their subscription portal to cancel a subscription at anytime. The login uses two factor authentication that sends a code automatically to your email. We also send reminder emails 2 days before any upcoming subscription charge with a link to cancel so customers have ample time to cancel, pause or change delivery dates. If customers are ever having any issues you can email ********************************** and our team will happily cancel your subscription for you! We apologize for any issues you had and in goo faith we just issued you full refund for both of your orders! I can also see that you were able to successfully cancel your subscription on 08/27/2024.

    I would not waste your money on trying out these supplements, as it's not worth the potential loss you'd incur if the product doesn't work out for you. I purchased the Curcumin supplement, and it unfortunately had an an ingredient that gave me an adverse gastric reaction, however, this is not why I am rating the company this low. It cost me a total of $25, between shipping back the return and the 5% surcharge they took, to try out this product. If you do really want to try it, please only buy one product and don't be fooled by the bundles because your losses will be more if you order a bundle.
