    Terrible customer service. I placed an order and was being very careful to change my address to my new residence. The website flickered and sent me to an automated check out through the shop app, which I despise and was also being careful to avoid. So somehow, the order was placed to be shipped to my previous address. I IMMEDIATELY emailed customer support to get this address changed and they said there was nothing they could do because "their orders are shipped same day." However, this was on a SUNDAYn and my order was NOT being processed. So I emailed again and again, got online to chat but no one was responding to me and I tried for over 2 hours, so I finally called and still they said there was simply nothing they can do. So I'm stuck here, without a shipping confirmation, without a tracking number to contact ****, and a company who did nothing to go to bat and help me get this straightened out. I'm highly disappointed.

    Our system shows that you have two (2) different addresses in your account and we sent those addresses in the email reply that we sent for confirmation. 

    To ensure your satisfaction, we would like to resolve this issue promptly. Once we receive the correct shipping address, we will expedite the replacement process and ensure that you receive a new bottle of the supplement as soon as possible.

    Purchased three bags of Primal Collagen. *********** delivered the box in a plastic bag. The bag and inside of box had visible product in them. Went back and forth with their customer service and because I couldnt find exactly where the bags were leaking they refused to do anything about it. Mind you there was a significant amount in the bag and box. ******** customer service would never buy or recommend

    Its impossible to cancel reoccurring orders through their website. Canceling on phone doesnt work as they say you never canceled. Only through your direct email that you can track will they acknowledge a cancellation. Many complaints on internet about this company Prices are twice as high for less quantity Read complaints and customer reviews before ordering

    This company has no way of canceling their mandatory subscription plan online. The features are deceptive and have been turned off! I honestly have not tried the products yet, but I don't think they're operating with low integrity regarding their cancellation policy. I left a review on the company's page, but they did not post yet. Consumers beware. You might get stuck for lots of product costing a lot of money. Primal Harvest needs to FIX the online cancellation functionality.

    Primal harvest posts a money back guarantee. When I let them know the product did not work for me they refunded for two of the five bottles I purchased. Upon further complaint they refunded another stating a 3 bottle limit. No where is it stated that there is a limit.

    I researched different collagen, memory pills ,multivitamins, etc. Primal Harvest always came in first or second. But first and foremost, what ALWAYS broke any ties was, Primal Harvest is not only "distributed" in the US, it is " MADE" in the US!!!! And with the way things are going in the world today, I will not ingest anything unless it is "made" in America!!! Every Primal Harvest product I have used did what it claimed to do. I have brought friends over to Primal Harvest that were using these products in another brand. What can I say? Love Love Love Primal Harvest!!!! Donna McIntosh A Primal Harvest Customer for life.
