  Date of Service: October 8, 2025 I hired The Tow, *********************************************** LLC to remove my fathers old RV and bring in a replacement RV to his lot. The company was fully informed in advance that the old RV had no paperwork or VIN and that a flatbed truck would be needed due to its condition. I have text messages confirming that they understood and agreed to this.On the day of the job, they arrived with the wrong equipment (a regular tow truck instead of a flatbed) and halfway through, they told me they could not finish the job unless I paid an additional $875, claiming the original disposal location was no longer available. They threatened to undo the entire job taking back the new RV and putting the old one back unless I paid.They refused to take credit or debit cards, only accepted cash or Zelle to a personal name, and failed to provide a legitimate invoice. I later discovered that the name on the invoice did not match the business name and that the invoices were sent as temporary PDFs which disappeared afterward.I felt pressured, intimidated, and taken advantage of. Im on **** and had saved for years to make this move possible for my elderly father, who suffers from COPD and is on oxygen. The companys conduct caused severe stress and financial hardship.I have filed formal complaints with the ****************************************************** and ***** regarding this incident. I have police documentation, text messages, screenshots, and recordings proving the details above.Consumers should be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. They did not honor their written agreement, misrepresented their services, and conducted business unethically.
