I give them a one star because as a business they dont know how to treat the customer. I did not get most of the things they show in Instagram at some point we were 12 people with two people working there, 3 patients faint and got dizzy. Owner and coordinator are the problem they dont listen your needs they love to fight every day for nothing. And they said they have the right to do what ever they want they think still live in ****. I got what I ask for but after 2 hours arguing They take only cash and dont give you address or where you go I ask several time with no answer Clinics ask for id for people in charge and they do not want to give it to you I have to say that most of the people that works over there are nice but they follow orders. Those hard workers doesnt deserve a bad review.

I dont even know where to begin, this is the *** of all scams! The recovery home is literally 1 small room housing up to 6-7 women at once with an even smaller adjoining room for and additional 3-4 people they can cram together. There are beds but they are literally used for decoration purposes lol. Instead you are charged $300 a night to sleep in a beach recliner with a literal hole cut out in the middle that is draped with a blue bed sheet, there are several of these beach chairs and 2 recliners. There is no private bathroom the bathroom is shared amongst all patients/guests. The garbage in the bathroom is filled with ****** tissues they make you pee facing the toilet instead of providing proper toilet risers, the 3 women portraying nurses are glorified babysitters who dont speak a single word of English. They take your vitals ( ** and temp) 1 time after surgery and never again , they do not administer or dispense or even remind you to take any of your medication or and of the shots prescribed by the surgeons to prevent blood clots. The mandatory massages they force you to buy which cost $100 each are not done properly according to my doctor, they were performed in a sit down chair in a cramped laundry room , speaking of laundry it is cross contaminated everyones ****** garments are washed together which is completely hazardous and unsanitary in every way imaginable. The food is horrible non nutritious, food youd get at a pre school, 1 mozzarella stick and 1 egg bite for breakfast. Plain white toast with a slice of Turkey deli meat , dinner 1 night was a slice of frozen breakfast pizza and canned soup, another night was a burnt single spinach tortilla with shredded chicken and salsa i mean an absolute joke. Sleep was constantly interrupted by the staff laughing like hyenas at all hours of the night and loud talking with zero regard for those of us recovering. Transportation was garbage i was picked up from surgery and made to squat in my knees in the back

Illegal and unlicensed recovery home in ***** needs to shut down. The owners are scammers and thieves. They stolen thousands of dollars from vulnerable women. They stole my $500 deposit and left me stranded in the airport upon arrival. I was blocked thereafter. This was a truly traumatic experience especially since I was having surgery. How can any human being do this to people is beyond me.

Man Im reading these reviews and it makes me so sad. People only take the time to write bad reviews, never any good ones. Dont let a few bad experiences, theres literally only 12 bad reviews and when I stayed there, everyone was super happy with the service. I saw like 10 girls check in and out while I was there just last month and not a single complaint. They must have improved overtime because everythjjg about this place was amazing. The service was great. The girls are so nice and patient. The massage therapist was great. Super knowledgeable to great hands. They have all the materials right there I wish I wouldve listened I had bought 2 fajas before surgery and neither of them were any good. No need to take pads either you can just buy them there instead. I bought more fajas foams pads arnicare. Make sure to take wipes and plastic slides because you will drain a lot. I got a BBL and it was nonstop. I love my results and they teach you how to take care of them. The food was so yummy that was probably my favorite part. The view was great. The place is always clean. Las chicas buen trabajo. I recommend 5/5!

Absolutely Horrible Business!! They took my money as well $2350 and I'm trying everything I can to shut them down permanently!! They told me it would take up to 12 weeks to refund me my money due to them telling me at the last minute before my surgery I had to find another recovery house because there water pipes had bust and I find out they told another woman on ******** the exact same lie but there electricity went out and she had to find another recovery house. I haven't got anything back or can't get in contact with anyone to talk to about my refund. Please also file complaints with the ******* *********************** File Complaint and The ************* Regulations!! Let's work together ladies!!! They have a Rating and Grade of a F with the Better Business Bureau and they keep changing there Business name on file from Oasis Retreat to Oasis Recovery Home... Please don't let these scammers keep getting away with our money, if a group of us can get together to file a lawsuit please let me know.

Stole $2500 from me. Supposed to refund me - I requested the refund February 10. I was told I needed to wait 3 months to get my money back. I reached back out and got the runaround. Now they're ignoring my calls. The manager blocked me. Never use them ever. They're grimy and a scam
