    NO STAR DESERVED! Unprofessional service. Clients are made to apply directly to their renting app and pay a fee to be vetted. The realtor does not respond in a timely manner, making clients wait 5 days before giving them a response; so unprofessional, playing with people's lives!

    La mejor experiencia en renta que hemos tenido, servicio impecable la propiedad que rentamos estaba en exelente estado. Al termino del contrato se nos solicito dejarla en el mismo estado que la encontramos y nuestros dos meses de deposito no los regresaron en menos de 30 dias.


    The best rental experience we have had, impeccable service, the property we rented was in excellent condition. At the end of the contract we were asked to leave it in the same condition we found it and our two months deposit was not returned in less than 30 days.

    To keep it short: These people are bunch of scammers. I left my apartment freshly painted, I cleaned everything good as new, yet they came up with bogus "excuse" that the unit had to be painted. I have even sent them photos, only to get the lease addendum and move out letter as response. Basically, what they do is take 2 months rent as security deposit with the only intention to not return it to you. I pray and hope people reads these reviews before considering renting with them.

    This company will charge you 2 months worth of a security deposit then find every asinine excuse to not return it to you. I took them to court for a FULL security deposit that shouldve been issued to me back in April. I just got my full deposit back after taking them to court and its September. Theres a **************************** that represents this scam company. He will act tough but keep all record of emails as well as all photos of move in and move out to get your deposit back. In my case, they entered the unit to take photos while I was still living in the unit.They kept me without AC in ******* for 6 days. After reaching out to them multiple times, heres the response verbatim that I received from ******************************* Thank you so much for your advise Here is my advise to you: become a homeowner, stop being a renter so you will understand better.Yes, they are unprofessional. You can see the grammatical errors in their response. Save your money and do not rent with them. If you already signed a lease, keep all records and sue them if they dont want to return your deposit back in full. You will win if your are a great tenant, as we were.

    ***** will come back around and when it does, I hope it puts this company out of business, and sooner rather than later. They represent termite and ***** infested units with ancient broken washing machines (of which the I was blamed for the machine flooding from the BOTTOM by putting too many clothes. Their communication is absolute trashed. They charge you for BS, to try to get whatever then can from you, upon moving out, despite only being there for 1 month. Don't want to resolve their infestation, and broken utilities, rather get another sucker to move in, that wont complain. Giving me the option to leave (which is the best thing out of this whole situation) was appreciated, taking part of my deposit was BS.

    These people should be out of the market, a company advised by a broker called *********************** and his "property manager" *****************************, the most disrespectful and unprofessional person that can exist who lacks basic skills in customer service and so on. represents the company, unprofessional, scammers, super rude and also incompetent. This company is a joke, avoid contacting them for any problem because they are really useless and the only thing they are going to do is steal your money. I am not the first comment to say this and I don't think it will be the last, things that happen when scammers want to run companies where they can affect others. If I could give them 0 stars, rest assured I would. Thank you ***************************** for your services.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They required two security deposits to essentially steal your money when you move out. We rented from them for one year and intended on renewing our lease and they told us 5 days before the new lease was going to start that we couldnt renew because the owners son was moving in the area and needed the unit. When we moved out, they immediately listed the unit as available for rent. We always paid on time, caused no issues, and left the unit in better condition than it was when we moved in. They still kept $1400 from our security deposit for touch up paint, cleaning and other misc charges, even though we had the walls professionally painted and thoroughly cleaned the ENTIRE apartment before leaving. Based on other peoples experiences, it seems like this is just how they make money scamming people. We also had a leak in our apartment from the upstairs neighbor that left a huge crack in the ceiling and they didnt have someone come repair it for four months, even after calling them weekly to get someone to come fix it. Theyre rude, unprofessional, unethical and should not be in business. Save your money and peace and avoid them at all costs.

    NO STARS DESERVED , COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!This company is very UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY !We are a family of three, payed our deposit and montly fees on time, at the moment of renewal after receiving the new contract we decided not to continue due to the EXAGERATED new requirements, EVERYTHING ON THE APARTMENT IS OLD AND HAD PROBLEMS. After letting them know we were not in agreetment they asked for me and my family to leave, We have received threats, We received multiple DISRESPECTFUL phone calls . We had already payed our month and they wanted us to leave right away without returning payment. We turned in the property in the best way possible, we hired a company to paint and leave the property in much better conditions than the ones we received the apartment on. After an entire month we received a notice advising us they WILL NOT BE RETURNING FULL DEPOSIT because they have decided to charge us the painting again. WORST COMPANY EVER , DO NOT RENT !!

    If I could give this company 0 starts, I would. We were interested in a 3/2 apartment in *****. The apartment appliances were clearly outdated and the realtor showing the property, ***************************, was unable to answer basic questions, such as the dimensions of the rooms. After signing a contract to lease and sending a $2,000 deposit via Zelle, we received the leasing contract. It was unsettling, specifically the $600 minimum repair amount required by the tenant and responsibility for appliances. We confided in a family member, who is a realtor, and he review the contract. He communicated that these tenant requirements were outrageous and that this management company has a reputation for stealing deposits. After reading this companys horrible reviews, we were convinced further to terminate our interest. According to ****, the broker wanted to charge us $250 for a maximum of 20 minutes of a showing. During the showing, you could not understand **************** (maybe 30 words of 100 could be understood). Additionally, he hurried us out of the apartment. After several unprofessional phone calls (where he hung up on my boyfriend after laughing) and receiving a picture of a scratched out card for the broker, I did my own research and found the brokers personal cell phone number on the internet and contacted him directly. All of a sudden, **** contact us again and said the broker agreed to returning the complete $2,000. After two days, we finally got our money back via check. Furthermore, *************************** (the listing agent) is just as bad as ****. After communicated our termination, she would answer my message saying whose this? and then completely stopped answering my messages with her read receipts on. Mind you, she answered the phone by saying hello [stating my full name] when I initially called. Save yourself the time and the headache. This company is full of thieves, liars, and manipulators. They do not have the best interest out for you.

    This company is the worst. I paid three months rent to move in. This building is old and falling apart. Dogs pee and poop all over building and no one cleans up after pets. When I moved out I gave notice 60 days prior as they kept raising rent and deposits each year. Repairs had to be paid by me up to $500 for an apt that isn’t even mine. I was left without AC for two weeks. Now landlord and property manager kept my $1500 deposit stating apt was not clean or professionally painted. Since when do you have to professionally paint apt, normal wear and tear. Apartment was clean , took before and after photos. Then was charged an additional $800 over my deposit after 30 days of moving out, involved lawyer and still haven’t received my deposit. Do not move anywhere with this property they will find anyway to keep money.

    You were given an impeccable property, newly remodeled and freshly painted. You dirtied, mistreated and showed reckless negligence towards the unit and its owners. 


    Our management company is following all the rules and regulations and has sent to you a formal claim on your security deposit.

    We recommend you addressing this matter in the Court system.
