Gave this dealership a second chance, and once again, my time was completely wasted.
In 2021, I purchased a 2021 Tiguan (worst decision ever). The car had multiple issues, and even back then, the dealership tried to play games with the pricing—refusing to honor the online price because it was supposedly "cash only." I was bringing my own financing from my credit union, essentially giving them a check, so what was the difference?
Fast forward to 2025, I decided to give them another shot after receiving a letter about trading in my Tiguan. I chose a 2024 Atlas and was able to secure the online price. The trade-in offer didn't match what was in the letter, but I didn’t care—I just wanted to get rid of the problematic Tiguan. However, when I asked for the buyer’s order, everything went downhill.
The so-called "managers" made me sit there for four hours before telling me I had to finance through them, even though I was using my own credit union. Their excuse? They were “losing” on the deal. That made no sense—I was already at 144% LTV, clearly at a loss myself, just trying to move on from the Tiguan I regretted purchasing at pandemic prices.
Two different managers spoke to me, but neither actually wanted to help. I was upfront from the start about using my credit union, and they still wasted my time instead of just telling me no from the beginning.
The only bright spot was my salesperson, Pedro—he was excellent. Unfortunately, whoever is running things above him needs to figure it out.
In the end, I walked away and bought a Tesla in five minutes—better trade-in value and 107% LTV. This dealership is just another bad dealer playing games. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I visited on 9/2, I explained I wanted to get an estimate on an atlas lease that I had the stock # for. I explained how I had gone to doral vw & that they were willing to make a deal based off my budget but since I was in the area I wanted to try them first. I also mentioned i visited jeep and had final #. In our conversation I was asked if he can make the deal for $550 was I willing to do it today. I said I’m ready but $530 as the jeep was a bigger vehicle. After the test drive I waited to obtain the information for my trade, while waiting I asked if they would provide me with the final estimate over the phone since they were able to see my vehicle as I would have to leave soon due to a baby at home&confirmed the closing time. The sales man’s face changed. He came back stated the car was $55k & the price would be $799. I advised that online the car is listed for $48k. He stated that the program was only if I was to buy the vehicle but he would talk to manager to see if he can “honor” the price. The sales man returned & said yes the vehicle is $55k. I asked why was car at sticker price & nothing lower he walked away annoyed. Within two mins he returned w/ my key & said have a nice day & walked away without any explanation. This left me confused. I saw the manager, Mazen w/ a smirk on his face. I gave the manager a thumbs up and stated how unprofessional he & his sales person are. In return, the manager through the glass made a mockery of my family. I have never felt so disrespected by any company. I am a mother that hardly can be away due to child care. If they were willing, I would have returned with my child but since they were not willing they lost me as a customer. Perhaps the car was out of my budget another trim or model could have been suggested. Instead of being treated like dirt. I truly hope u take this review, do ur investigation & take disciplinary action towards the sales man & manager as no customer should be treated badly.

A salesman and I took a test drive but he forgot to put the license plate on the back of the car. We got pulled over by an officer and I was given a $129 ticket. When I talked to the salesman about it he said they would take $129 off the price of the car. I felt that was disrespectful. Then they said they would send me a check for the ticket amount. This happened April 10th. I have still not received a check or even a phone call and its May 20th. It is not my job as a customer to place the license plate on the back of the car that I am test driving. It is also bad business to make customers pay for a ticket that was the fault of the salesman. I have since had to drive out of my way to a place that handles tickets (ticket clinic) to keep this ticket from effecting my license status. This is what I get for ignoring all the bad reviews from other customers but in the end I am glad I didnt buy a car from them. I saw on the next page there is a way for the business to verify me as a customer, I would like to clarify that I was test driving a car and they may not consider me as a customer.

Worst place to service your VW is South Motors. The service advisor and the service manager does not inform customers about their vehicles status and they improperly diagnose vehicles. After nearly two month without a car, they have yet to provide me with the return of my vehicle and a true factual diagnosis. Please ensure that you reach out to VW corporate to get information from the dealership otherwise you must go in person given that the service advisors would not answer the phone.

*********** expressed the desire to make my experience a positive one. I opted to obtain my own financing. I signed a retail buyers order. I paid a deposit. I obtained insurance and provided copy to ***********. I reported to True Car my purchase. *********** secured the car for me, thanked me for earning my business, and acknowledged that I would return the next day with payment when my bank was open. I returned the next day as agreed with payment. I was then informed that the car was sold to someone else. I now have to wait up to 30 days to receive my deposit back and reverse everything I done with True Car and insurance. True car did take particular interest in what transpired and elevating this within.

I have had to visit the dealership countless times to finance my vehicle. Each interaction has been met with unaccommodating, and unhelpful attitudes from your staff, specifically from the general managers. Your financing department that can finance the vehicle is only open during my full-time job made scheduling visits extremely difficult and resulted in significant disruptions to my workdays, leading to a considerable waste of time and resources. The most distressing incident occurred during my recent attempt to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease term. Despite arriving at the dealership with a financing option already secured, I felt pressured and coerced into signing a contract with another pre-approved lender, which came with a higher interest rate. The threat of having to make a fourth visit if I didn't comply further added to my distress.During my final visit, I spent an exhausting six hours completing the necessary paperwork, only to discover a week later that your dealership had made a clerical error. This mistake resulted in an additional $40 charge and necessitated another trip to the dealership for a new wet signature. Despite being out of the country and unable to physically visit the dealership, your representatives insisted on a wet signature despite ******* law recognizing such signatures as equivalent to digital signatures on platforms like DocuSign I had to engage in lengthy discussions with your staff to resolve this issue, despite having it in writing that a notary would be sent to me on the last day of my lease. Now, on that very day, the last day of my lease, I have received threats from your dealership to place my car back on lease status and impose daily charges until the matter is resolved. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a lack of respect for your customers.TAKE THIS AS A WAKE UP CALL TO FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE + BRING YOUR BUSINESS INTO THE 21ST CENTURY.
