I had bought a nissan Sentra back on 2022 and beginning of 2024, I sold it as I got a new vehicle. I have been trying to get in touch with someone with this branch to provide me information of what i need to do to get the ************* back as I no longer have this vehicle. I have called several time, spoke with their receptionist, where they told me they were going to provide this information to the correct department. nothing, then I went online and I was chatting with someone and the minute the saw that I was just trying to get information, no one reached back. I called again and they finally provided an extension (2665) which I had left several messages since July 2024 with no response. I called again today, again left voice message and no receptionist answers the calls - this is ridiculous

We will be happy to look into this for you, but I need a way to pull the customer information.  I have nothing (no name, VIN, phone number, deal number) that we can use, but for a couple of years now, lenders have initiated cancellations, credited the customer themselves, and then charged us back to ensure that customers are getting the refunds they are entitled to.

    Thanks

I've called and called and it's now April 2024 and they won't call back or provide me with the key. I have a "we owe" document in writing and they refuse to get me the key. On 01-21-2021, I took my vehicle to dealer regarding a warranty issue,of my nissan sentra 2014 purchased at palmetto 57 nissan. They replaced the transmission, flushed cvt transmission, and acvording to papers given to me did all work needed. I did not saw what they did since car was in the agency shop( work order ******), ever since they did the work on my engine, my car sound off really hard when i change reverse, drive, or put in parking. On my oil change to agency i mentioned , but they found everything was alright. Recently I was really annoying by the sound it makes my engine every time i change gear, that I asked a mechanic to look at it. He doesnt even touch the car at all, as soon as he opened the hood he replied, where is the strut torque that support the transmission? Did someone worked at your transmission? He asked, then He replied, when I answered yes. He told me then it was removed and never placed back. He went into his shop and show me pictures of the missing part, also told me that was the sound. That is a OE strut mount. Motor mount. Off course to do the work they did, they did have to remove that part. I am a female, I am not a mechanic , I would never expect that part to be missing , but less, than the shop at Palmetto 57 did not took the precautions to examine that every single part they took away, was placed back in my engine. The mechanic told me at a hard hit on the road, this lack of properly do the job( place the torque ), can cause serious damage to my engine( not having support needed to stay put). I want this part to be replaced or find the one they took when fix the trsnsmission and never place it back.

We met with the customer and showed her there was no part missing from her car We provided all the information about the vehicle.

Also showed her multiple cars like hers that did not have the part torque mount that she was stating that was missing. She seemed to be satisfied with that.

I went to the Nissan on 57 on Wednesday September 6 at 11:37 am to drop off my Nissan Altima for A/C repair. Im not even going to mention the back and forth with receiving a rental car to go to work while they repaired my car as I don't think the character limit is sufficient but that was another big issue..After 3 days, I finally get the call that my car is ready to be picked up on Saturday September 9. I get there and IMMEDIATELY notice that ALL FOUR of my wheels were missing.... I told *********************************, the advisor who had been helping me throughout this whole process, and he told me to my face that "it came like that." I asked him if he's calling me crazy because how would I not notice MY WHEELS MISSING before coming. I told ********* that how do I know they didn't change out my tires for older ones since they stole my wheels because I had just recently purchased brand new Michelin tires this year at ******* ********* proceeded to ask "When did you buy them" I responded "This February"(7months ago), ********** response was the following... "Oh yea they definitely stole your wheels when changing out the tires and you didn't notice." I genuinely could not believe what he was telling me. I asked him if he expects me to believe i just didn't notice my own wheels missing for the past SEVEN MONTHS? I told him i no longer wanted to speak to him and asked for the manager. I spoke with who I believe to be ******************************* Service Manager (as that is the name on the business card i received from him when i requested one), and i demanded he shows me the security footage of when i dropped off my car for proof that i had all my wheels when i came. He basically gave me the run around and told me the cameras aren't available to view until Monday, I let him know i know the exact date and time of when i dropped my car off so they wouldn't try to edit the footage, It is Sunday and i am currently awaiting to view the footage tomorrow. Now the reason why I am not completely sure ********* is who i spoke with is because, a few hours after i had left the dealership fuming because they lost or stole my wheels, i notice on my bank account an additional charge of $635 from Nissan.. So I call them to ask what this charge is for and i specifically asked to speak with ********* since he was the manager i spoke with earlier that day that promised to show me the tapes on Monday, to my surprise the person who answered the phone informed me that ********* doesn't work that day.. i asked how is that possible if i personally spoke with him a few hours earlier. Long story short, i went to Nissan and got my wheels stolen/lost, i was overcharged $635 that i now have to wait a few days to receive a reimbursment for, i was accused of lying about what condition my car was in when brought and it seems like one of their employees impersonated themselves as the manager when i needed to resolve this issue.

The service Manager contacted the customer and sent her the videos and pictures when her car arrived, and it shows that her vehicle did not have the wheels as she stated in the complaint.
She accused the employees of stealing the wheels from her; our technicians and service advisors are highly trained individuals with good ethics and morals. This is our first case of being accused of stealing and
as you can see, we did not do such a thing; please let me know if you would like me to send the videos and pictures to be posted.

    Thank you

Being charged for storage while waiting on a decision of how to proceed with repairs

    Business Response

    Date: 08/23/2023

The customer left the car here for several days, and the attempt to contact him for repair approval was unsuccessful.' That's the reason for the storage charges. The Service Manager spoke to the customer recently about those charges and the Manager.

I purchase a used box truck in Palmetto 57 Nissan on January 22nd 2023. I drove the truck to **********, *******, less than 200 miles from the dealership when the truck stopped and did not move anymore. The mechanic found several error codes on the truck computer pointing to the transmission and the internal components. The mechanic inspected the transmission to find out it was completely filled with water from the radiator, causing the transmission to fail and need to be replaced along with the radiator and pipes (houses). The mechanic is absolutely positive about the dealer's knowledge of the truck's problem, making the sale of said truck an act of carelessness and irresponsibility. I demand the returned of my money or the repair of the vehicle.I bought the truck trusting the reputation of a big dealership just to be disappointed by their actions. Every time I try to talk to a manager they are in meetings or busy and make me wait in hold for as long as 45 minutes. I will be seeking legal advice if they do not respond.
