    Horrible experience. Please read. Movers took a few breaks and we bought lunch for them. Movers asked for payment at 90% completion. We paid and gave them an extra $100 tip. They asked for bigger tip and we refused. They started insulting us and stopped bringing the boxes to the appropriate rooms. They did not finish assembling the furniture. They were simply disrespectful and left without finishing their job. I contacted customer service, filed a claim but they said that since nothing was damaged, they could not help.

    Awesome experience with Miami movers. They packed our 4 bedroom house in ************ and delivers to **************** in just 3 days on a private truck. Job was done well and we have no complaints
