      I have the exact same problem with an automatic order subscription as another Cust posted. And I did not order this automatic subscription. I cant get in touch with them. None of their customer support phone numbers work. And they say you can discontinue on the website but that is not true. False information and false instructions for cancelling. How does this get stopped. Who are their corporate people.

      I signed up for a subscription but was allergic to their product.. I wrote and told them and canceled the subscription! I received an email saying they were getting ready to send out my products so AGAIN I had to cancel the subscription!Then I get a email two days later saying they charged my credit card and the product is on the way! They had more than enough time to stop it! I sent another email and it said once I get it, they will supply the return label.. I got an email yesterday that they will not take it back It was $69!!! They are abusing the subscription option! And charging ppl after they cancel!

      First purchase never arrived. It was returned to sender. They refunded me, all was well. Now I learn another order has been placed, maybe I'm suddenly on a subscription without my knowledge - but it's hard to know because the website does not allow you to see, change, cancel anything. The exact same item was ordered twice and apparently on its way to me without my involvement at all.Customer service is slow and does not respond to the problem. I insisted on a refund and to stop these orders from processing.

      1st purchase got charged twice. I can not contact customer service to get my refund or cancel order! Also opted to use shop pay and igk still charged me twice for 1 order. Looks like I got ******* and ******* *** by this company. I'm sure this is why there is no customer service phone number only email automated responses Live and learn lesson. No customer service real contact, not worth taking a chance purchasing !

      I placed 1 original order. As soon as I sent y payment I got an instant email giving me a coupon for first time buyers a BOGO. I tried emailing..no response, calling no response. Now my credit card has been charged again for another month's supply that I never ordered! I've asked for a credit nothing yet. When I try to login to my account with my email it says there's no such account...???.... But yet they have all my information to bill me and mail product???????? This is a very shady company! Funny....its exactly what I've been reading from other customers here :(
