Yellow paint transfer and scratches were observed immediately after exiting the wash.Evidence Photos: Attached are two photos showing the fresh yellow paint marks and scratches on the front passenger side. and an additional picture showing the same paint on the opposite side Station staff refused to take a report and told me to leave.Language barrier prevented completion of a formal incident report.

    We can confirm that the vehicle was driven into the car wash incorrectly and made contact with the yellow pole located at the entrance. Based on the review, the damage appears to have resulted from Improper entry, and therefore, we must conclude that the responsibility for the incident lies with the driver. 

    If you would like a copy of the video footage, it can be requested through a law enforcement officer. We are happy to cooperate fully with any official request.
