    Used these guys before had an issue but was cheaper. Was told they use their own drivers. Not exactly!!! they still contract out. I had a car in ** to be shipped to ******** and another car and parts switched to come back to ky. A trade deal . First i was told monday or Tuesday pick up. They would call 2 hours before pick up which is fine but after back and fourth screwups it was the following Saturday . This was an absolute nightmare. Then they went to ******** first so the guy i was trading had to reject. So finally they get to ky and tool 2 hours to load up. The car makes it to ******** the next day but they wont pick up the car to go back. They had to call out another company to pick up. That was the whole point!!! A switch!!! Then ***** tells me well you didnt sound like it needed picked up this week. I was like that doesnt matter after i paid and signed for Monday Tuesday pick up. So the driver gets there pick up my car and gets mad because he didnt know about the parts. ***** did three way call the unprofessional argument from the driver was crazy. Then the guy i traded with called and told me these guys loaded up the extra doors into another persons car!!!! Probably damageing their interior!!!And he has concerned my car would come off because they didnt strap the front wheels just the back. I have all pictures and more details but please research and ask around before you make your decision. It was a long drawn out process over 7 days that should have taken 2 days 3 tops. The drivers are hard workers but language barriers and cutting corners is very dangerous

    I have attached the order form you signed which shows we are brokers. We contracted the driver to pick up your car with your parts. As you had mentioned that the vehicles were in no rush to be moved. We went with standard transport. ***** spoke with you throughout the weekend at different times after hours from his being on the clock. We were able to get you a great deal even when, but locations were in rural areas. Our customer service stay communicated with you the whole route thru. We can offer you a future credit if you need another transport.
