  So if there is ever a review you should read and follow its going to be this one, i spoke to agent named **** ******* and as the "best agent" "top agent" he was "professional" in his questioning about the property ill give him that much. Came to a 140,000 dollar cash offer on my property SIGNED A CONTRACT! just for them to call the VERY next morning about how it was HIS mistake for over valuing the property and underestimating the renovations. Saying how they cant honor that contract and that no money has been put down. So he offers us 120,000 as an offer which is SIGNIFICANTLY less.. This is a ****... i dont doubt that some people in desperate times will sell their house but this is their business and they are just trying to profit on your desperation. Just stay away.. talk to multiple companies and dont commit to these guys. Do yourself a favor and just get a realtor

  Absolutely hands down most amazing company! ***** was amazing in explaining every little detail to my husband and I. I could not ask for a better person than *****. He did what he said he was going to do and I know we didnt make this easy on him but he stuck it out with us. If you are looking to sell you home in less than 30 days these are the people you need on your side! Thank you all for your hard work! You are greatly appreciated. THANK YOU ***********S

  These people are predators. should be investigated and shut down. some how joker named ****** called me told him i'm not interested in selling. this monster continue calling me every 3 weeks asking what i'm gonna do with the property. why not your concern. so finally one time he called again might been 4th time I entertained his con line. he stated they can buy cash and fast he made an offer I counter going up a few thousands. he agreed a day later tells me I have to sign the contract today for some urgent reason 1st red flag. I took a few days before I signed I investigated them on Better Business and checked reviews. there where issues but basic ones any transaction could of had with any company. gave a closing date 3 weeks. 2nd flag the ******* money doesn't have a date and its written in their favor. so 10 days I get a call from a crony of the company *********************** tryna offer me less ****** less I told dude to get off my phone. it just so convenient that *** is honoring a Jewish Holiday. he wouldn't respond to my calls or messages. a few weeks later he text me he out the country. Jokers are full of it here's there sceem. get you to commit agree on a price hoping you made plans to move ordered moving people made life changing plans believing you would get the cash on closing date. while half way to closing try to offer you less hoping you're desperate and go for the low ball price. I tell you these are disgusting people. come to America to rob people. I learned my ****** if I here anyone sound like them. I hang up I don't want no business' with these kind of people. 1st and last dealing I see why that word is used in a bad way. run away from these people block there number unless you wanna sale you're property dirt low so they can laugh how the scrEWed you. -10 stars
