  Wonderful moving experience with both Native Van Lines and DSY Moving. The communication from both teams was excellent - from first contact with Brian at Native Van Lines who guided me expertly through the procedures, costs and timeline of what would happen. All representatives - of both companies - were professional and pleasant and polite every time I spoke with someone. The delivery of my belongings was accomplished with neatness, professionalism, safety and politeness. The cost associated with my particular move - from Georgia to South Carolina - was very reasonable. When I had a question about an extra charge upon pickup, I texted it to Mr. M*****l - of Native Van Lines - and he answered me within an hour with the exact information I was looking for!!!!! Now that's Customer Service!!! The 2 young men who delivered my belongings were Michael and Joe of DSY Moving. Joe is the most excellent driver I have ever seen! He backed the truck to the carport - not an easy task as there was not a lot of room, a tree and a handicap ramp to contend with - and I just watched in awe as he handled the van perfectly!!!!!
  Thank you so much - all personnel of Native Van Lines and DSY Moving - for making my move such a pleasant experience!
  Should I ever move again - I will definitely call you!
  And I will recommend your companies to anyone who asks me about an A++++ Moving Company!!!!!

  From the first call to the last call, the service I received was top notch! The movers that arrived communicated perfectly prior to, during and upon arrival. I always felt informed. The two men were friendly and pleasant. There were no delays, what I was told would happen, happened. I was impressed and would definitely recommend Native Van Lines and Selvin C. again! I’m not sure if I got the spelling right. Thank you for such a smooth secure process when moving from one state to another. You made it seamless. Thank you!

  Worst moving experience in my life. Similar scenario to ******* C below. Understanding that I have moved 20 times in last 35 years in hospitality industry. Called and spoke with *************************, President of company. Took information, and provided him bill of laden from last move, so he knew quantity of items moving. He recommended we get an exclusive 26 foot truck, (me having no clue on size said fine.) Native sells off bid to subcontracted movers. Moving day truck shows up, halfway through loading, onsite folks tell me it ll won't fit, and what do I want to leave behind for another truck. WHAT? wtf, I don't want to leave anything behind. get on the phone with Native, excuses and explaining somehow this is my fault, and not price is going up for another truck. ******, but ok lets get thru this. initially going to get a uhaul rental, but then told too late, have to schedule another day. So, now leaving that night, moving three states away, and have to schedule another move, one to four days from then, explaining to landlord, movers etc. Leave home with 2/3rds of our stuff. That truck shows up next day at new place. One item broken, was repaired. Then dance of second truck, second contracted mover shows up, issues with piano description, and never called back to confirm all items picked up. Then they tell me then have up to two business weeks to deliver my items, including piano and xmas decorations we need now. Find out from landlord they did not take items from garage that had instructions and pictures to pick up. they go back get that. Then send pictures of place to confirm, and they left washer and dryer, have to go back and get those. A week into them starting the second truck move, then finish loading. Another week before they are bringing items. Through this time almost daily calls to the inattentive Native team to get updates and try and push move. More expensive than full service major carriers, more headaches, will never make this mistake again! BEWARE!
