Refund and Exchange Policy

*Product Condition: All products sold by Refurbiz LLC are used or refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of used and refurbished items, products may display signs of previous use, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or other cosmetic wear. We strongly encourage customers to ask any questions necessary to fully understand the condition of a product before completing a purchase. Our team is available to provide detailed information to assist in your buying decision.

*Warranty: Refurbiz LLC offers limited warranties ranging from 30 days to 12 months, depending on the product. The specific warranty period for each product is detailed on the product page. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover issues caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Please note that once a product leaves our location, we cannot guarantee its continued operation.

*Return Policy: Customers may return products within the warranty period for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. All returns must be authorized by Refurbiz LLC and must include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refurbiz LLC does not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances.

 

*Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including but not limited to items sold "as-is" or those that have been significantly modified by the customer, are non-returnable.

*Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If an order is canceled after shipment, it will be subject to our return policy. Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

*Disclaimer: Refurbiz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. *No Guarantee Post-Delivery: Once a product leaves our facility, Refurbiz LLC cannot guarantee that it will continue to operate as expected. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

*Shipping Terms: Shipping times and costs are determined at checkout and depend on the customer's location and selected shipping method. Refurbiz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

*Damage During Shipping: If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer must report the damage to the carrier and Refurbiz LLC immediately upon receipt. Refurbiz LLC will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.

*Ownership: All content on the Refurbiz LLC website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Refurbiz LLC or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited without the express written consent of Refurbiz LLC.
