According to information in BBB files, CSR Performance Products has a pattern of complaint alleging Delivery and Repair issues.
Specifically, consumers allege they order and pay several hundred dollars for a CSR product but never receive the part. Consumers also report that when they contact CSR Performance Products regarding when their part will ship, they receive a variety of excuses or repeated broken promises about the expected shipping date. Other customers have reported that when they send in their parts for a warranty claim or a rebuild, they do not receive their equipment back, even if the warranty claim is denied.
On May 23rd 2024 BBB contacted CSR Performance Products to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; However, CSR Performance Products failed to respond.
