    I purchased a product from csr-performance in March of 2024. It was a flex plate shield for a turbo 400 transmission, roughly $330. This purchase was made over the phone with a commitment that the product would ship within 30 to 60 days. In the 6 months since I made the purchase, I have called many times and have been given a list of excuses with the commitment the product was going to ship in the next 1 to 7 days. In the last 2 months, the company has stopped answering calls. I have left many messages on their system with no response. I have not be contacted by the company in response to my requests. I now believe the company is a fraud and is stealing from customers.

    I ordered from this company in August of 2023. They called me in December of 2023 and charged my card and said it will ship by the end of December. Of course it has never shipped and I cannot get them on the phone to reimburse my card.

    I sent in an item produced by CSR over a month ago for a warranty claim. They looked at the item (for warranty purposes), denied the warranty claim but WILL NOT return my item to me. I was told 3 weeks ago that they would return my item but I have yet to receive it and I cannot get anyone at CSR to give me a tracking number or verify that they have or are going to return my item. I need them to either return the item I paid for, warranty and repair my item, or simply refund my item. At this point it is as if they are going to just keep it. I have reached out multiple times via phone and Facebook messages and have had no luck. I just want my flexplate returned to me.

    I ordered a flex plate shield in Oct 5 2023 was told it would shipped out in Dec 2023. We still have not received the shield as of 5-7-24 and we get lied to every time we call and says they are packing it now or it will ship out in a few days. According to google reviews I'm not the only one they are doing this to.

    I spoke to **** in technical to rebuild a water pump. I was instructed to send it to CSR for rebuild. I was charged $157.53 on 10/19/23. The pump was never sent back to me. I am out the $157.53 PLUS the value of the pump which is valued at approximately $300 new. They gave me the excuse of Fedex losing 18 packages since November. I called every 2 weeks and have never receive a call back. Each time I called I was told that Fedex is releasing packages and to wait 2 weeks.

    I ordered a transmission shield on May 3, 2023 from this company. I have never received the part. Over a month ago I started asking for a refund do to never receiving the part. I’ve had every excuse known to man and several repeated to me numerous times. Always with the promise of a call back with a tracking number. I’ve been told countless times it’ll ship Wednesday. Now asking for the return I get that we do credits on Wednesday and they process on Thursday. Or it’s been credited, sometimes it takes a week to process.

    Company always had excuses as to production, shipping, employees, supplier, lied about FedEx and UPS. Never returned phone calls, lied about emails and phone calls. Employees stole 18 shipments. Give me my money back in full.
