What an unscrupulous business! Had them attempt to repair our vehicle because they were our insurance companys preferred shop. At the start, they wanted everything done through their app. Half way through the repair, they stopped responding to online update requests. As the promised completion day approached, I had to call them to get any information. We finally got our car a week late! Then the problems started. While driving the car, we had alerts posted and the *** turned on. We took the car back 3 times for service and problems continued. The shop sent us to the dealer for fault analysis. I finally had to approve the dealership to tear down the car to inspect the part that was causing the fault. As soon as the tech removed the front bumper, he saw a part that was damaged during the original accident! Excel came to the dealership and saw the damaged part They admitted that the part was never replaced and that they had the $600 part at their shop. Excel continued to dispute dealership charges to continue proper repair of the vehicle. Excel would not answer phone calls from the dealership or myself. We could not get them to pay for the tear down and after a week in the garage, I had to pay the charges at 5 PM on Friday afternoon to get my car back. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to even use this shop! Their mismanagement put me and my family at danger. To the very end, they kept claiming that they had made many repairs similar to ours and never had any problems. But how could they not know something was wrong when they had this large part in the shop and no car to install it in after 3 weeks?
