    Horrible experience with M&S first not showing up to original appointment for maintenance. Then they show up about 5pm for rescheduled appointment. Technician supposedly completed everything and left. We get the report and things dont line up. He never came inside so not sure how he checked thermostat or turned system on to check it. One part of report said filter was good, yet its dirty and needing replaced. Another part of the report said the filter was disposable and replaced. Old dirty filter was still in unit. Said drain line cleaned and checked yet the drain was dry where it drips as if there was no flow to check drain. Just with these issues it made me question things so I replied to both text and email reviews and got no response. So I went to their website to contact us and filled out the form and described my issue and no response. Waited a few days and called the office and spoke to someone in appointments. They took my info and said they would send an urgent message to have a manager call me. 4 days later and no response. A week has gone by and crickets! Be aware!
