    Response time on a weekend was excellent! Technician was able to troubleshoot the problem almost immediately, and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. My only reservation for future repairs is the pricing structure. They have very high set prices for very minor repairs. $240 to clean a condensation drain, $300 to change a capacitor, less than thirty minutes of labor time, plus the $159 weekends service charge.

    I had my AC condensation line clogged up. I tried to unclog it myself with a wet vac but no success. I called MSI late Sunday afternoon and was impressed with the prompt service and professionalism. **** the technician arrived within the hour and was able to quickly fix my issue. I would recommend this company for their promptness, professionalism and pricing.

    Prompt service even for an emergency call on a Sunday. Service call was a 1/3 of the normal rate due to being a maintenance plan member. Would highly recommend their annual plan.

    ***** has serviced our Air conditioning unit for several years. the Techs are always very courteous. They call and or text to let you know when they are arriving and are always on time for the appointment.They do a through check of the system and make sure you understand what has been done or what needs to be done to maintain an efficient system.I highly recommend this company for all air conditioning needs.*. *******

    In 2010 I bought a air conditioner for my lanai. I had to replace the unit a second time in 2022. Now I am being told that I have to spend another $1331 to have a coil replaced just a few years later. This company does not back up their product. I do not recommend them.
