  "I purchased a 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport on 10/30/2025 from REMOVEDAuto and the Sales Manager/Owner name REMOVEDwas not the best with customers services at all he was so nasty and inconsiderate to me and I wonder why was he so unconsidered because I was asking questions regarding the vehicle but REMOVEDkept brushing me off when I will call to inquire about the vehicle REMOVEDwould get his co worker to tell me he will call me back and never did and when I was calling him(REMOVED) he was sounding as if I was getting on his nerves and of course it was pertaining to when will the vehicle arrive it had to be delivered so all this nasty attitude was giving after all the transactions was done and the bank that I finance through had done sent the check out and REMOVEDsold me a car that got all kinds of problems going on with it I had to get a Fan module on the 11/22/2025 and I purchased the car on 10/30/2025 and it was delivered on 11/03/2025 then the dashboard in the car kept reading battery low every time I crank the car up it's reading low battery I had a diagnosis done and it read the thermostat and the Fan censor,now the mechanic is tell me it's the alternator it's ridiculous and REMOVEDstudy lying when I called him inquiring about the paperwork (title) REMOVEDtold me 2weeks ago when I called about the paperwork because I need it to get my tag he said it showed delivery and I said to REMOVEDcan you please send me the tracking information and he said ok he will send it I never got it I waited a few hours and I text REMOVEDand said I never received the tracking information and I still have not received it and then the 2 different representatives over at the REMOVEDwho I finance the car through reached out to REMOVEDtwo days after he lied to me then he told them the paperwork was sent to the wrong address in another whole city and state so when the representative told me that I called REMOVEDand asked him how did he send the paperwork to the wrong location he said"
