I paid for an order on the 7th of January. The order arrived 7 days late and damaged. Replacements sent that were meant to arrive today, never did. Purchase Date 7th jan 2021, Order id: #XXXXXX Latest Tracking Number: 1Z975E14DGXXXXXXXX I paid straight away for the order of two coins. They arrived 7 days late after being lost by the delivery company that MCM chose (UPS) depsite it saying on their website that international orders are shipped via FedEx. UPS lost the parcel and I had to ask MCM to fill in a claim for them to find it. UPS failed to respond to any of my customer support emails/messages and told me on the phone they do not accept complaints and hung up. Upon the arrival of the coins (7 days late) when opened their were dirt call over one of the coins which caused damaged. Making the value worthless. MCM did send replacements out though it took them 5 days. I was told 2 days running the replacments would be dispatched that same day and never did. I then sent an email to customer service rep called Dana who never replied. She later said she never got the email. I ended up having to use facebook messenger to contact MCM and try and fix this issue. They once again used UPS despite my awful experience with UPS which i made well known in the email to MCM customer service rep Dana. The replacement coins were meant to arrive today and they haven't. Desired Outcome

I would like the items that I paid for. I have done nothing wrong here I paid on time and Waited. I followed the tracking information. You sent the coins again via UPS and once again the haven't arrived.

Exceptional customer service guaranteed at ModernCoinMart. I wanted to tell people about the wonderful customer service I have gotten from a fantastic company. Customers are placed at the heart of MCM and its such a refreshing feeling knowing a business actually cares about the customers. Having ordered in the past from their eBay store and getting good customer service. I feIt very confident in ModernCoinMart. So i placed an order on their website for two coins I really wanted. One of the coins was very hard to find sellers for. MCM not only had the hard to find coin but also had the best prices I had seen for both. Such a vast variety of stock. Sadly, I had an issue with the courier losing the parcel. The shipping company did not care at all. This was frustrating for me especially as I had paid $39 for ups expedited worldwide shipping as i am in the UK. UPS were no help to me at all often ignored my emails. Ignored my messages on messenger and hung up my phone call. I was very annoyed. I could not do anything else. I contacted MCM and explained the situation to them. They were very understanding and sorry that this had happened. Although UPS losing my parcel is not their fault, they sent replacements out and refunded the shipping cost to me. This was very good of them and I found it amazing at the time (keep reading its gets much better). Once again UPS failed to deliver the parcel containing my replacements. I contacted UPS again and they ignored me once more when i reached out for support. So back to contacting MCM again and they were very sorry that this had happened for a 2nd time. They were determined to see that i got the order I placed. However, they went one step further then just sending new replacements with UPS they did something wonderful. They sent upgraded version of the coins I ordered at no extra cost. They shipped these to me for free using FedEx on a Friday evening (US time) and they arrived in the UK the following Monday morning at 7:50am perfectly. The customer service I got was the best I have gotten to date. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best possible experience I could have using their services. Their emails support team worked around the clock trying to contact UPS too to find the missing packages and provide me updates when they could. The social media team also went above and beyond too to ensure the best outcome for me the customer. Apart from the company having amazing prices and an amazing inventory of coins they also have exceptional people working for them. Not only working hard for the company but also working had for us customers. I can't thank them enough. For me it really cheered me up knowing that MCM cares just as much about its international customers as it does its USA customers. Exceptional.
