I placed two orders for silver on July 22 and got a confirmation email for each purchase. Then in 5 days started checking to see where the orders were. Once checking into both of these orders we paid by credit card and they stated that they refunded one credit card and the other purchase we could not pull up in their system to confirm what was going on with this order. So I emailed them and got a response back on one order and was told, "Thank you for contacting us. All orders are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team. The order is showing that it was reviewed and determined that a different payment method would be necessary to continue with the order. Unfortunately, we are not provided the specifics as to what was reviewed. If you wish to continue with the order, you may do so by replacing the order and selecting wire transfer as the payment option. Selecting wire transfer will save you a 2.95% discount off the total order. We are showing the email notification regarding the cancellation was emailed to you as of July 22nd. I will request to the have the email sent to you again." We never received an email on the 22 for either order and they would not honor the price if I replace the order. We had already called the credit card companies to let them know that we were making these purchases so there was no issue with the credit cards and making these purchases. These purchases were done on their web site and I had made 4 other small purchases from them in the past by credit card and had no issues, so I thought they were legit and trustworthy!! BUYER BEWARE of possible Faude with this company!!!!!!!!
