I ordered 3 bottles of Lipozem from the official website. Order # **WZHKDL, on 3/30/25. Paid $207.00 + ***** tax = $221.49. That is expensive, but I expect good quality product. - From ******************************:The product should contain garcinia Cambogia, green tee extract, forskolin, cayenne, and ashwaganda, as a diet support/stimulant.- From ************************** the product should contain magnesium beta hydroxybutyrate, calcium beta hydroxybutyrate, and Sodium beta hydroxybutyrate. - The 3 bottles arrived. Label matches the pictures on both the websites. Lipozem - The single wrap around label says Lipozem, ingredients: turmeric rhizome 800mg, turmeric extract from rhizome, 50mg, and bioperine (black pepper) 5mg. , capsule and 2 anti-caking ingredients. - The label also has a code: C-249-01 ******* - The shipping label : Item 225 TRMRIC-249, description Lipozem - I will be returning these for a full refund. They won't refund the shipping and insurance. - This product is TOTALLY MISLEADING. It does not contain any of the ingredients from either website. It's obvious from the labeling (both TRMRIC 249 on the ship label and 249 on the bottle label, that there's no mixup, it's intentional. - Also request refund of return shipping and insurance $11.40, totaling $232.89Initial Complaint

I placed an order for Lipozem 6 Bottles special on 03/08/2025 for $294.00. This amount was charged to my credit card. I have checked the ***** tracking number ************ that was sent to me and it shows that ***** has not received the package. I have inquired through email at ********************************** about the delay and the fact that I wanted to cancel the order if it could not ship immediately. They have replied by requesting my name, address, order number (8531CF1581) and product that was ordered. I sent this information with my request about the delay. I am wondering if this is a legitimate business or if I have been scammed?Initial Complaint

I learned about Lipozem on or about January 25, 2025, in a video featuring Dr. ****** **** and his wife. I tried to find the video again to refresh my memory about its specific ingredients, but I could not see it again. I recall that Dr. **** touted that Lipozem contains four ingredients found in a Japanese diet, the dosage was one capsule at bedtime, and he created a sense of urgency to order more due to their supply chain issues. On January 25, 2025, I placed two orders: six bottles at $49 each = $294 + $23.71 taxes = $317.71 from BuyGoods and nine bottles at $39 each = $351 + $28.31 taxes = $379.31 from BuyGoods for a total of $697.02. Shortly after my order, a Lipozem representative called, urging me to stick with the product as the best results would be realized in months five or six. The fifteen bottles of Lipozem were delivered in a flimsy plastic bag on February 3, 2025. The plastic bottles were not damaged from the poor packaging, and I do not recall if they were safety sealed. I remember the bottles showed three ingredients; the dosage was different, and the bottles didnt have enough cotton or other packing material to protect the contents. On February 3, 2025, I repackaged the unopened and unused bottles in a sturdy shoebox-sized box. On February 4, 2025, I paid for shipping to Lipozem, P. O. *****************************, per Lipozems return policy for a full refund and notified Lipozem and BuyGoods support of the **** tracking number. The package was picked up at the postal facility at 12:22 p.m. on February 7, 2025. ******** issued partial refunds of $294 and $351 on February 11, 2025. I am still trying to get back $23.71 and $28.31 for taxes through the dispute process with my credit card company. While returning the product and requesting my refund, Lipozem and Buygoods bombarded me with emails with empty expressions of customer service. They pointed to each other but did not address my full refund per their policy.Customer Answer

Dear Dedicated Team:
Re: Lipozem Orders 71WZDKK7 and 71WZDK19
Stated succinctly, ************ did not refund $28.31 and $28.71 for taxes on returned Lipozem orders per Lipozems full refund policy. Buygoods March 14, 2025, and March 28, 2025, replies to the Better Business Bureau claimed that Lipozem processed the refunds that did not include taxes; hence, theyre not responsible. As Buygoods is the payment gateway affiliate for Lipozem, according to their March *******, reply to the Better Business Bureau, Buygoods should resolve this matter with Lipozem and override their restricted system, which is restricted because I initiated the dispute process through my payment affiliate. Buygoodswas listed on my credit card transactions, so, of course, my payment affiliate has to deal with ********, not Lipozem.
I learned about Lipozem on or about January 25, 2025, in a video featuring ********* **** and his wife. Lipozem continues to send multiple sales emails almost daily. I am not interested in your product. I want the Lipozem/Buygoods situation to be resolved with a full refund of my money. I cannot find the website with the video featuring ********* **** and his wife, but I am almost sure it did not mention Buygoods.
If you require additional information, please email me. I appreciate your help.

II purchased 6 bottles of Lipozem as well as the 9 bottle upgrade as the cardiologist/developer Fr. ****** **** encouraged due to supply chain issues and need to take daily/consistantly on 10/27/24 - received 11/13/24 AFTER talking with my "assigned coach" - ***. Who gave me his phone # and was to call him anytime for support/instructions. He never answered again or called. He instructed that I needed the additional supplements of gut health/health greens. There is a 180 day full refund time frame and I started within a 60 day period contacting ****************** that billed my **** for ALL supplements. They denied return for full refund. I finally got refund info at a ********************************** site & returned all the full/empty bottle/containers. Tracking #'s of 2 boxes prove through **** that boxes were retrieved by Lipozem *** on 2/18 & 2/21/25. Total cost is $1.532.93 - 6 bottles=$313.11/9 bottles=$373.82/gut health=$846. (The Gut health receipt is only on my **** statement) I was very hopeful-no results noted on my end. NOW I feel that this is a scam and don't know where to turn after multiple emails to Lipozem with no results yet! I have also read other customers feel scammed and I want to report this company in hopes that other customers wouldn't have issues with promised coaching/supplement results/Returns. When I wanted to check on order/product supposrt on their website I was transferred to *********, but I was billed through Buy Goods. I'm confused & I will be contacting my **** re: false advertising on Lipozem's end with no refund yet/Difficulty in contacting Customer support there. Again, I fear this is a total scam. Thank you for your time!Customer Answer

Hi, ******* *******:
If you are in charge of my complaint #******** - I appreciate your contacting the Lipozem *** for my refund. I had attempted to contact Lipozem multiple times and was transferred to the ************ of which was only offering me portions of the advertised refund. They emailed me several offers of only a percentage of my purchase and I was told via an email that I was definitely eligible for 100% refund within the 180 day trial period. I feel that both the Buy Goods *** that appeared to handled the billing portion of the transaction and the Lipozem *** are at fault. I believe the Cardiologist that I mentioned in my 1st letter is very misleading in his instructions in the video as there is 2 different suggestions on how/when to take the capsules as well as the difference explained on the bottle and the stress he placed at a very lengthy video re: the need to order more due to supply chain issues. The poor contact from the assigned coach was totally inexcusable as well. That therapy is an added expense that isn't met by that crew. Having said - maybe repeated myself - I need to relay to you that I have received a full refund, of which I know I wouldn't have gotten without your help. I am grateful and appreciate your assistance. This means much to me as I AGAIN made a mistake by believing in people and their VERY false promises. I DO feel that Lipozem is a scam as well as their "staff" and hope that others are taken care of as you took care of me when I was misled. I am gullible too often - trusting a cardiologist - Wrong on my part. Thank you and your crew!!
Sincerely,
******** ******

I purchased three bottles of Lipozem in December for $207.00. It came with a 180 day money back guarantee. When I opened the second bottle I saw that had been previously opened and on counting the pills, 2 pills were missing. I contacted the company and requested a refund. They required me to return the unused product and empty bottle, which I did and documented. The product was received 1/27 and was told I should see a refund in 3 business days. I have not received a refund and the company is no longer responding to my emails. The order # was 7IWZAHF. The tracking # on the return was ********************** ******* Please help me get my refund and make the company uphold their refund policy.Initial Complaint

Purchased 6 bottles of Lipozem on 9/16/24. When reading ingredients on the bottle noted that it was not the same product that was spoke about in the info commercial.
