I'm reading through all the complaints against Lipozem, and they sure do sound familiar! I heard about this product via an online infomercial, and it sounded interesting, so I ordered 6 bottles, and as these sales pitches go, they convinced me to add an additional 9 bottles to my order. My order arrived on 2/3, and I started taking it immediately. After 2 bottles, it had done nothing, so I decided to request a return of the remaining 13 bottles, which I did via email on 4/26; no response. I called customer service, and a nice *** suggested that I should allow more time for the product to work. I agreed, and kept taking it. By 6/10, with ZERO results, I wrote another email. Almost a month went by, again with no response. I sent a rather ***** email on 7/8, and called a few days later. I was given instructions as to returning the remaining bottles. I sent them via registered mail so I could track the delivery, which was made on 7/11. Once again, no response, and once again (after one month) I emailed the company on 8/11. This is sounding like a broken record! Yesterday (8/19) I called customer service, and the *** admitted that she did not have the ability to help me, but did look up my return tracking number, and verified that it had been received. We also reviewed where I should send my follow up email, and what it should include. I sent it yesterday (8/19).Granted, it's only been a day, but I'm definitely not holding my breath! My initial total order was $696.60, but the time and aggravation Lipozem has caused me far exceeds that amount!Thank you for allowing me to voice my complaint. Ordered product on onine direct from Lipozem - with full 180 day guarantee. Tried to contact the company 0n 12 August and discovered:e-mail is invalid customer service number simply refers you back to the website website is shut down product was discontinued but the company did not notify ******, *******, or other sellers. I ordered 6 bottles of Lipozem on 2/17/25 for $294. Within a month I was not satisfied with the product and requested a full refund on 3/12/25, as the produce came with a 100% money back guarantee within 180 days of purchase. On that same day (3/12/25) I was made an offer to keep the product if I agreed to a 50% refund, to which I replied, no thank you. Then I was made the same offer to keep the product if I agreed to a 60% refund. Again, I refused the offer. I was then sent the information on how to return the product and get my money back. On 3/27/25, I returned the product at the post office and paid additional money for tracking, just to be sure that the company got their product back and could not deny receiving it. The return was received by them and left with an individual on 3/31/25 at 2:17pm, according to **** tracking system. I contacted the company, via email, on 5/6/25 but got no response. I contacted them again via email on 6/30/25, again with no reply. When the company was trying to get me to keep their product and accept their 50-60% refund, they replied to the emails immediately, often times more than once in the same day. Now that I'm looking for my refund, I hear nothing. I'm hoping that an inquiry from the BBB with expedite my refund. I don't want to spend unnecessary time with this complaint, but do plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, but fear that too much time may have passed between the purchase and the company's delay in sending a refund. I will also contact the ******************************* regarding this company that is selling weight loss products and is not honoring their guaranteed refund, if my attempts to rectify the situation through the BBB are not successful.Initial Complaint

I watched an infomercial video about Lipozem with a Dr. ****** **** and a Dr. **** *****. They supposedly discovered this marvelous weight loss combination of natural ingredients; turmeric (curcumin) , berberine, 5-HTP, and spirulina. And these four ingredients supposedly reduce the physical size of fat cells in the body, thus making a person slim again. I then paid $294.00 and ordered six bottles of Lipozem on February 17, 2025. I researched Lipozem websites BEFORE I received their product. Lipozem has three different sets of ingredients, depending on which Lipozem website viewed:1.Turmeric (Curcumin) , Berberine, 5-HTP, and Spirulina.2.Magnesium Beta Hydroxybutyrate (BHB), Calcium Beta Hydroxybutyrate (BHB), and Sodium Beta Hydroxybutyrate (BHB).3.Garcinia Cambogia, Green Tea Extract, Forskolin, Cayenne Pepper, and Ashwagandha. This is clearly a Bait and Switch SCAM! I realized that I had been deceived. I sent two e-mails to Lipozem (March 7th and March 23rd) requesting a shipping label or number whereby I could return their product for a full refund. I received neither a reply nor a refund from Lipozem.I called Lipozem and was instructed to mail their product back to the Lipozem ************ address. And then e-mail the **** Tracking Number to Lipozem. I mailed the package and sent the **** Tracking Number: ********************** to Lipozem. Lipozem received their returned product on April 24, 2025. It is now June 2, 2025, and I have not received my refund from Lipozem.I am requesting the BBB to persuade Lipozem to refund my $294.00 that I paid for six bottles of Lipozem back to my credit card per Lipozem s 100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back, 180-Day Guarantee.After being unresponsive to a ******** customers request, ******************** surely merits the Better Business Bureau Rating of: F. Feb. 12, 2025 purchased 3 bottles of Lipozem for $219.42 with a 90 day money back guarantee advertised. March 29th I finally heard back from support after trying to contact for 2 weeks. After a series of about 7 emails between us they agreed to honor the 90 day money back guarantee for 100% refund. Gave me instructions where to send all used and/or unused bottles, how to label package and RMA number to mark on outside of package so they could process refund properly and promptly. They sent me an email confirming I had provided them with a **** tracking number and would email when they started to process my return. Return package was delivered to the location on April 16, 2025. I waited until may 11th, then sent another email inquiring about my refund. Again on May 19th I sent them another email inquiring about refund. Then on May 21st sent another email incase my emails are getting lost or buried amongst so many other people. I have checked my account and no refund as of 5/28/2025 has been returned to my account. A month and a half has now passed since they received my return and no one seems to be responding to me. Checked my spam folder as well each time. I purchased their product in Nov. there was a 180 guarantee i mailed the product back on March 6 to there mailing address ************************************************************************************** I have called many times for my refund off $ ****** and they still have not Refunded me. they told me it could take up to 60 days. I called on May 7 and spoke to Harahey and he said he would escalate it his supervisor and he would call me in 48 hours. I received no call. I called back on May 20 3 times that day with no response except they would escalate it. I called on May 23 they said they would Escalet it when I told them I would contact you they offered half of my money. I did not take it because I would never get the rest. Hi there,I paid $645 USD (@****** = $926.70 CAD) on November 21, 2024, for a large quantity of bottles of 60 capsules each of Lipozem. I've been disappointed with the lack of results. But now--unacceptably--I just opened a new bottle and there were only 30 capsules in it.
