    I Ordered a money back guarantee Lipozem supplement. I returned a couple of bottles (Order #**WZCVLH) and have never received my money back. I've have inquired a couple of times by email and received no response.

    Ordered a 9 month supply of Lipozem and then 3 months of two other supplements suggested by **** *****, their **** I paid all of it up front and on my CC by phone. I explained I was a diabetic and was told it would work great. After two months and no weight loss I packed up everything and shipped it back to the address i was given by customer support. I kept about 4 bottles our of the 9 month supply but sent all three pkgs of the unused, unopened bottles back on 8-5-25. I called several times to confirm receipt of the product to no avail since I did have a tracking number. I've tried calling customer support numbers and it always sends you to an attorney page you have to pay $40 to to speak to an attorney. I just want my 100% money back refund that was good for a year back. Very upset and very disappointed.

    I received six bottles of Lipozem on March 24, 2025 for which I had paid $294. The delivery took much longer than expected, and I had requested a refund instead of waiting. The company very quickly replied to my emailed request and offered a refund of 10% of the price paid for my troubles, or I could wait until the product arrived and return it for a full refund. I accepted the 10% refund and waited for the product to be delivered. As the company offered a full refund, for any reason, within 190 days, when it finally arrived I decided to give it a try. But when after using it for two months it was totally ineffective for the promised weight loss, I wrote and advised them that Id return the unused product for a full refund of the purchase price minus the 10% that they had already refunded. That was on June 2, 2025. I sent similar requests on June 4, 6, 7, 10, and 13, August 25, and September 4 all with no reply whatsoever, not even to acknowledge receipt of my request.

    I received LIPOZEM today 9 *****. I wrote you three months ago that I do not want this product anymoreand you guys sent me three more bottles and charged me. Id like to get reimbursed and I would not like you to send any more to me. very much ****** ********.

    I have received order number: *****, and I have contacted the company numerous times via email to request their return address, but they will not provide it. I have also tried calling the customer service number, and it is out of service. I am seeking an overnight return address to return the unopened, unused item, and they will not provide it.

    On April 13, 2025, I purchased two bottles of Lipozem from their official website for $167.99 (Order #J5F2M22E). The product was advertised with a 180-day no hassle money-back guarantee, promising a full refund if I was unsatisfied. I followed the usage instructions precisely but experienced no results whatsoever.I contacted the company via email three times (documentation attached) and received no response. I also attempted to use their online support link through **************, but was asked to pay an additional $5 to speak with a doctor. I declined, as I had already paid for the product and expected support to be included. I attempted to attach screenshots of that interaction but could not get it to upload.While my refund requests have gone ignored, I continue to receive promotional emails and texts from the company. I find this unacceptable and misleading, especially given their advertised risk-free guarantee.Additionally, *** read customer reviews indicating that ******************** requires all bottlesused, unused, or unopenedto be returned for a refund. This requirement was never disclosed prior to or at purchase. If a customer must use the product to determine its effectiveness, its unreasonable to expect them to return empty bottles.I am requesting a full refund of $167.99, in accordance with the companys advertised guarantee. I believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution, and I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and hold Lipozem accountable for its promises.

    8/2 place d order did not recieve product. Sent email asking if I could have refund . Its 9/4 still no product. Then on 9/2 they charged again my card for ***** I just want money back .

    I became aware of Lipozem from an online infomercial by a doctor (?) and his wife...said it contained turmeric which later found out it doesn't.....anyway I called March 6, 2025 7:35am and placed an order: 71 WZGHAC $313.85 and 71WZGHAK $317.05..... On March 7th at 6:00am I emailed ********************************** to CANCEL the order!!! At 7:02 am I received a response from ************************ that my order had already shipped with no mention of my cancel request....at 10:19am same day I received email from ******************** that I should contact Lipozem support regarding the cancelation request--which I had already done!. Since the website says 100% Satisfaction/180 day guarantee; I used the product for 3.5 months with none of the benefits the ad proclaimed. Email I sent 6/17/25 stating I was NOT satisfied and wanted a refund....never got a response!! I spoke to **** on the phone 6/30 and he said return all bottles for full refund...... 7/1 shipped **** certified mail all 18 bottles ---they received at ******************************* on 7/3.....7/21 ph call CS rep ****** could not find my account so I called back and got no answer---- same day I emailed support@lipozem again---where is my refund??? Still no response!!! 7/23 2:14pm spoke to ****** and he told me the cc refund would be issued immediately. 9/3/25 I have NOT received my refund.... what a total SCAM

    I ordered this product for weight loss in February of 2025. Spent 219 dollars on 3 bottles of weight loss medication. After 6 weeks of the product not working, I reached out to them and they offered me a 50% refund. I said no, I want the full refund. I contacted them several times until they agreed to the full refund. They told me to ship back all the bottles, used or new and I complied. They also asked that I put a RMA number on the outside of the box as well as inside. I complied. 2 and a half months have passed. I have emailed SEVERAL times and I have not gotten a refund. I contacted my bank about Lipozems money back 180 day full refund policy and the bank told me they can only go back 60 days for disputes.
