- We get paid a fee for the 1st year's salary of a placed individual. We will generally break this up into 4 or 5 deposits broken evenly overtime, and at times that signify crucial milestones indicating whether the hire was a good fit. EACH DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. We spend valuable time and resources to get to the 59th day of a lawyers contract. So he gets fired because he doesn't quite know how to zealously represent your client and that's fair, so he won't get paid that 60th day. However, any lawyer can respect that a dollar billed is a dollar billed, therefore than young associate earned his 59 days of pay and we earned our 30th installment period, we'll waive the 60th day installment and if you happen to like us enough we'll accredit that to a new search for a more suitable candidate at no problem to us.
