Kirk S. and his team showed great professionalism and compassion in dealing with a family member's mental illness in the midst of a foreclosure. As the months dragged on, my familt member's refusal to communicate made an already difficult and emotional situation even more complicated. Kirk's diligence and patience brought us through. I had Get Liquid Funding contact me letting me know that I had money sitting there after my home sold at auction. ************** Was a pleasure to work with, she kept me up to date on the process and any questions I had we're answered, even on weekends.im not gonna lie, I thought this was a scam at first. I started get emails/calls from this company after my mothers home sold. I was extremely skeptical so I did research the company and found great reviews so I decided to call and see what this was about. Get liquid funding is legit and take care of everything. Even when I would email on the weekends they would respond and answer my questions. It took a little longer than I expected but I started talking to Brenda S. who was very friendly and personable. I am the MOST SKEPTICAL person on this earth .I raised my son and daughter alone. and I DONT TRUST ANYONE. SPEACAILY WITH MY KIDS or $$$ ! BUT I was In a accident that ended me up in the hospital for 11 months I lost the ability to walk my house is not wheelchair ready And I couldn't make my Mortgage i had to start a focloser on Family took care of my kids And get liquid funding took care of me it ways that I never knew I would ever need help. They were ready to get moving trucks ,storage & even sent Notaries into the hospital. Michelle G***** took great care of me & very professional and such a pleasure to talk to on a regular basis when Michelle was busy Jorge would always get back with me .Through this entire process being in the hospital I was sick to my stomach worrying about if I was gonna get scammed I thought no way this company could help me and my family this much. I was WRONG! Recently got out & was worried about having nowhere to go .Then i got the a call from Michelle and Jorge on the same day telling me that everything is good and I should get my money in 8 to 10 weeks they even offered To give me an advancement of Funds until the surpluses of the sale was clear. The very next day I got a call from Claudia in accounting she was also Absolutely Amazing and careing of my situation. She told me The funds usually get cleared within 8 to 10 weeks, She was literally concerned about my situation. Preparing myself to wait 8 to 10 weeks . I Don't know what they did but I got A notification 6 days later from my bank stateing my money was deposited. I was able to get a handicap equipment Van And a down payment for a new place to live For me and my kids I know I was probably one of your most difficult Customers But I want to thank Michelle, Jorge and Claudia from the bottom of my Heart for everything. Well, I did not actually have the chance to work with LF personally, due to situations that did not qualify. However, I have much to say about Michelle, the agent who assisted me in this journey. She was, first of all, very knowledgeable and extremely professional, and was able to address and answer all of my concerns; ensuring me to be equipped with the most recent, and relevant information and facts. On top of that blessing, she is SUPER kind, very patient, empathetic and compassionate. I just really felt like she cared about me and my situation.
