    Since the unit was put in. I have nothing but continuous problems. Seems one is fixed then another problem occurs and I'm charged for warranty parts. Paid in advanced for maintenance that he is not honoring. Just was here on the first of January to finally replace the heating element. now ac isn't working. I would understand if it was an old unit but its a new!

    We have gone above and beyond for this customer for almost 10 years, even after being cursed out when answering their phone calls. The repairs on the new a/c unit were due to manufacturer parts which were on back order from the manufacturer. We did everything possible to make this customer happy and comfortable even though this customer has told my co-worker (do you know where I work? I will ruin his business). THIS CUSTOMER WORKS FOR THE ******** This customer refused to pay in full for the last service. when we left customers house on the last repair everything was working perfectly. As far as the Maintenace plan is concerned we have always honored the services, customer has one Maintenance left and has not scheduled it yet. CUSTOMER WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR ANY WARRANTY PARTS, ONLY LABOR WHICH WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY.  When we decided not to accept any more abuse from this customer on the last phone call, CUSTOMER TOLD ME (GO F*** YOURSELF , I WILL RUIN YOU) . THIS CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT BE WORKING FOR THE ****** !!!

    I am rejecting this response because: The unit he sold me was not good. I have never had a unit that has had this many issues with a new unit. He has never went out of his way. I always had to wait for service. He was either out of town or working his other job. I also was told I shouldn't have to pay for shipping on a part that was under warranty. As far as the maintenance he can refund my money. Won't be using this company again. He also told me that I gave him was fine. Now he's saying I shorted him.

    We do not manufacture the equipment.we went above and beyond for this customer, as previously stated. If I was not available right away I always sent another technician. Shipping was charged by manufacturer because of a back order. I was never ok with the amount I was paid. The customer gave me no other choice, denying check or credit card payment. I am willing to apply the balance due to balance out any shipping charges. I will also reimburse customer for 1 maintenance.
