  We had a very positive experience with Xtreme Roofing. Although our roof leak was minor, it was repaired in an efficient and professional manner.   I was very impressed with Matt senior from our first meeting I was assured that if I contracted with them, I would have a project manager and they would be able to tackle the entire scope of the hurricane Ian damage . Over the course of nine months, I had nine different project managers with most leaving the company in a couple few weeks. There was literally no communication between anyone in the company and things that were discussed several times and included our contract never occurred (specifically screen reinforcement to soffits) In spite of having 9 of XRCs staff look at the job and give professional opinions when the work began it was determined the facia and gutter needed to be replaced for an additional $10,000. I had to make this decision on the spot as the sub contract crew who was supposed to only evaluate the work showed up and started tearing soffit and facia down. It was very uncomfortable as I was surrounded by a very aggressive group of workers who spoke no English I was also told that they couldn’t do only the facia which would have allowed me to get bids on the gutters. ( it turns out that was not true as they in fact had another crew come and do the gutter )Under extreme pressure I signed a change order and had to write a check on the spot. Also a supply of soffit material that I paid 500 for was used and I received no credit. The job site was not properly cleaned up I found dozens of nails and screws jagged strips of metal as well as tear off debris from the roof work in my yard. additionally my drive way was stained with hundreds of oil and tar stains They attempted to pressure wash the drive but only seemed to have gouged the surface. Very disappointed in the whole situation Don’t believe their carefully worded response to this review I have had several conversations and email exchanges with Taylor ******** at XRC and they are not reasonable or the least bit interested in resolving my issues to my satisfaction

  Xtreme Roofing & Construction – Roof replacement Xtreme Roofing is a local, family operated, roofing company. They did a great job on our roof. They came with 12 workers, and they did everything from beginning to the end in only one day. Arsino supervised everyone making sure everything was done right. He tried to explain every step they were doing that day. After the work was done, they cleaned the area around our house and every little particle from the roof replacement was picked. They cleaned with magnet making sure all of the nails are picked up. I was very pleased that they did all that perfect cleaning. A very nice person brough the trash container the previous workday and picked it up the next day after the new roof was in place, cleaning the area again, thank you Stacey! Matt ****** was with us from the beginning, dealing with the insurance claim, inspections and everything else needed, making sure that we would get our new roof, covered in full by the insurance. He was very nice, explaining the whole process. Thank you, Missy, Lacey and everyone else in the office for the great and professional work you did. I love the warranty this company is giving, the quality of the materials they use and the professional work they do. I will definitely use this company when we will need our roof replaced in future.   Out of the three companies I called for quotes and discussion about a new tile roof, Extreme Roofing took the most time in talking with me and describing their findings on inspection and were the most affordable. They also worked very well with my HOA. City inspection passed with no problem. I am very pleased with the job well done, and made referrals to friends to Extreme.

  I’m satisfied with the Roof but the person who came out told me that i would get two roof vents and he talk like if they find any boards that’s was no good he would replace them but i paid to have them replaced.

  Extreme roofing and construction is working on our home today. Included in the bid we asked for two roof vents for bathroom and kitchen fans. What showed up were solar powered attic fans that we don't want. The price difference between the solar powered fans and the gooseneck vents for the roof quite significant. The boss of the company said that's too bad. So we get our two cheap vents for the price of two solar powered attic fans. Sure doesn't make any points with me.

  UPDATE:

  I am writing to change my review (Steve W) as shown below. Once communication between the office and our worker Adam was clarified, everything was corrected and all of the work was completed as described in our contract. Apparently, the copy of our contract had changes listed on it that were initialed by the sales rep, but never where turned into the office. Once everything was gone over, Xtreme Roofing did as we quoted and so far things are right on schedule. We are now in the final stages of completion of the project and I am satisfied with the work completed so far and I look forward to a great finish. Sorry for all of the issues listed, but Communication is the KEY.

  Time from signing to completion: 13 1/2 months Status: Waiting for Contractor’s Final Payment Affidavit (Fla.Stat. 713.06) Xtreme Roofing and Construction (XRC) seemed knowledgeable and motivated when preparing their bid on my house to replace the siding, rotten framing and bring it up to code. Four months in, the first work crew showed up - three men. Throughout, they operated with a small crew when they weren’t assigned to other jobs, or hired sub-contractors. They changed foremen five times over the 13 months, each of whom I had to make sure knew what I wanted. In one instance, I learned they collected a payment before the inspection. The rebuilding of a deck using composite decking was delayed until after the house was painted. After painting, XRC asked for the painting/final payment, which I had to refuse because the deck and other fix-ups were not done. Later, I agreed to write a partial payment holding back the balance until after completion. Then I get a Notice of Lien served on me from a sub-contractor claiming XRC did not pay them. Per Florida Statute, the homeowner is liable. After the hurricanes, I can’t imagine XRC not having money to pay their subs. I was asked for the remaining payment when everything was done but I refused because the lien had not been cleared as promised and was much greater than what remained on the contract. Yet, overall, I’m happy with their work. I can say the house felt much more solid during those hurricanes last year, and the deck generally looks good though it looks rushed/sloppy in parts. But the much-needed repairs are done and the house looks good. But I’m unhappy about how long they took, about being unaccommodating at the end to do little repairs which they said they would do, and getting payment before the inspection had been done, and I'm very unhappy about having been sweet-talked into that partial payment when they knew a lien on my house was on its way, and is still in place.

  I contacted many roofing companies in the area to replace one portion of my roof and ultimately chose Xtream Roofing and Construction for many reasons. As a single older woman, I have had many challenges with contractors in general and particularly with roofing companies. The team from Xtreme are an exception. When I called to make an appointment, the response was very quick. Adam, the company sales representative, and the owner both came to meet with me to inspect the roof and develop a quote for replacement. Adam was my point person and after the first meeting he assisted me to develop a detailed proposal tweaking all of the small details that a professional contract should provide. He responded patiently to my many questions and provided the important information I needed to make a final decision to hire the company. After the first night the crew cleaned the site and protected the roof to protect it.from possible rain and wind. Final cleanup was meticulous. All debris and nails were totally gone.. Both Adam and Wayne made a final site visit to inspect the work before the final city inspection I want to comment on Extreme’s payment model. A small deposit finalizes the contract and starts the process which includes all the paperwork related to Permitting. Once the work actually begins another payment is due and final payment is due once the City successfully inspects the work. This helped me to develop a trusting relationship with the company and especially the team. Adam and Wayne were both a pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and engaged. Most important was that there was always open and reliable communication throughout the project. The roof installation was executed with the best materials, outstanding workmanship, on schedule and has a great warranty program. I’m confident that my new roof will last for many years. I highly recommend Xtreme Roofing and Construction. They are exceptional.
