    I rented two storage units for over two years. Every month I would pay, locks would still be put on my units. I would have to call or go to the office every month to tell them to take them off. I even called monthly to tell them not to have locks on because I couldn't get there until after the staff would leave for the day. They would forget to still take the locks off and not even say sorry. Staff hours 9am-6pm, customer hours are from *******. One day I asked the staff to use a plug for my phone, they said yes and the next day my units were locked. I asked why and they told me to ask ******. I called ****** for a week without a response. I do online sales and lost thousands of dollars during the holiday season because I couldn't get inside my units to mail items out to my customers. Finally spoke with ****** and he said we are evicting you and you have 10 days to get out because you used the plug. I told him his staff said I can use it and he said I will use this as a training ******* Not using a plug is also not in the contract or posted anywhere. 10 days to get out included both units being locked, Christmas Eve and Christmas. This gave me 3 days to move two units in the rain by myself. I lost so much money because of this. Not being able to mail out items, had to rent three U Haul trucks, and getting the only storage units that I can find within three days all during Christmas with five kids. My online accounts are in the hole, and I have a ton of late items and bad reviews. I also emailed the company with no response at all. Yet, this place has people living in their storage units (I have proof) and I get kicked out because one of their employees told me I can use a plug. I even called the General Manager (*******) it took him awhile to even call me back and when asking questions and telling him what happened, he said you still have to go, there's nothing I can do and hung up in my face. This is not a way to treat long term customers or any customers.

The violations have been documented and discussed with ************ on multiple occasions..

    This business had had a rate increase, increase was kind of high. Storage is climate controlled many times i have sent email about the climate control not working, all the answer i received was that it was out and will be fixed which weeks later same issue. I then recently went online and noticed that we are paying more than what they post online for monthly rates. I think this is unfair to the people who been renting from them for a while and that the new renters pay less. 1 is that we all pay for climate control that never works and 2 the rates *************** that have been there and are paying more then new renters. Very unfair for Business the rates have jumped almost ***** in a year.

    We have actually tried to get a hold of this customer with the number we have on file, have left voicemails as well.
