              I wish to make a complaint against Select Home Warranty. Today I cancelled my service with them and was told they would be charging me a $75.00 cancellation fee. This is ridiculous if I would have know there was a cancellation fee I would have never signed up.I had another home warranty company and they did not charge me a fee when I cancelled.

              I wouldnt do this its totally a scam I give them ***** dollars to do the practice exam while they took my money I couldnt finish it because of family stuff dont give them your Money at all said it was too late refund my Money Total Bs!!!!!!!!

              ********, company policy is that any course that is opened is not eligible for a refund. The refund policy was stated at the bottom of your receipt when you enrolled. You were at 37% complete when you requested a refund. The Support rep who denied the refund over the phone when you called were just following company policy. This does not make us a scam. We take pride in our jobs and do the best we can everyday. That being said, while you are not eligible for a refund per company policy, we will still issue it. We understand that things happen sometimes and sometimes we need to **** the rules for our students. I hope your takeaway is that there are good people out there and that not every company is a scam. We wish you luck in all your future endeavors. You should receive your funds in a few days.
