  Great Roofing company ********************* was great informative and to the point . Estimated was done price great for flashing repair Project manager ******************************* - was professional and Honest and has impeccable integrity qualities hard to find these days , great asset to the company. I recently hired a roofing company for repairs on my home and was highly impressed with their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills. They were thorough in assessing the damage and explaining the work that needed to be done, keeping me informed every step of the way. The finished result was impeccable and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in need of quality work and exceptional customer service.

  What roofing company in ******* does not bring tarps with them to a roofing job? Big Foot Roofing that's who. My entire home inside was damaged from water of a thunderstorm. They tarped their equipment but not my home.******* had to go buy a tarp after the fact to protect my home. Roofers were more concerned about getting roof done then protecting my home from the storm

  We completed a roof replacement for *************************** in August 2023 and during the roof replacement, an afternoon thunderstorm unexpectedly appeared before we were able to completely dry-in the home. There was water that entered the home through the roof and we immediately dispatched a water remediation company to clean/dry-out the home. Once the dry-out was completed, we had painters repaint all of the affected ************* replaced the entire floor in the dining room. We understood that it was a mistake on our part to allow the water to come inside the home and did everything possible to bring ********************** home back to original condition. It was brought to our attention that they also had out of pocket costs due the unfortunate event and we agreed to reimburse them for their additional out of pocket costs. One of the reimbursement requests was credits for their electric usage due to having to power the dehumidifiers and blower fans, and also for a period of time of when a portion of their attic insulation was removed. Invoices/bills were provided to us, and it was requested that we pay their entire electrical/water/sewer bills for 2 months ($700+). I suggested that believed a more fair approach would be that we pay the additional overage of what their typical monthly utility bill would as it she disagreed and insisted that we pay the entire bill for 2 months. It was at this point, that ****************** felt the need to leave a review on our company with the BBB. We are in agreement in a majority of over $3,500 in reimbursement requests for a variety of items that ****************** submitted, but there were some of the items that we had requested clarification on. We have worked amicably with ******************, and would like to continue to do so until everyone is in agreement.
