    I ordered three items from Cedar and Dash on 11/23/25 and have had little to no communication from them as to whether order will ever be delivered.

    1. They signed me up for a VIP membership I did not agree to, They would only give 1/2 back,

    I ordered what was supposed to be two mini trees for my planters and only one arrived. The quality is terrible and the advertised is super misleading. Then, thanks to reading other reviews, I checked my account and sure enough, they started charging me $29.99 per month to be part of their “VIP” shopping experience. It’s an absolute scam of a company and they should be ashamed at the false advertising and poor quality.

    With that said, it is an absolute disgrace that you are still in business. Your business model is misleading and deceptive and it is impossible to reach your customer service to settle this outside of bank disputes or BBB complaints.

    I ordered some kitchen items from Cedar and Ash in November 2025 and they put me in a VIP membership that I never approved and charged me $29.99. I called the company to complain about the charge and they said that all they can do is refund 1/2 of the subscription cost. They refunded that to my credit card, but would not refund the entire amount. This is a scam and should not be allowed. They should cancel the phony subscription (supposedly they did) and should provide a full refund immediately. Regarding the product, it still has not shipped as of December 1st. Will try to cancel that ASAP.

    On 11/15/2025 the company Cedar and Ash reposted a video of an influencer selling an item and it directed me to their website to purchase. After purchasing for a total of $36.64 I received an email that it was shipped on 11/17/25. Then on 11/20/25 I received an email that stated due to high demand there was a delay of 14 to 18 days. After researching I see there is a "membership" recurring charge every 30 days beginning 12 days after initial purchase in the amt of $29.99. I have emailed them to cancel membership (which is prior to them collecting fee).

    Placed an order on 11/6/2025 (order# ******) for what was supposed to be 2 artificial Christmas tree planters with lights. On 11/20 I received 1 planter with no lights that was not at all what was advertised. I then was charged 29.99 for a subscription I never enrolled in from Oak & Cedars. I rejected this charge on my credit card. I want a refund for this order as I didn't receive what I paid for and it does not look at all like the picture. I emailed the business as soon as I received the order and have not received a response.

    I purchased an artifical Christmas tree and my card got charged another $29.99 fee not even two weeks later. I have reported it to my credit card, including the original charge because it's been 2 weeks and there's no sign of the item in tracking.

    I ordered two small xmas trees to place in pots outside on Nov 6,2025. I was charged $43.99. On Nov. 18, I received ONE tiny piece of greenery, nothing like I ordered. On November 18, 2026 I was also charged an additional $29.99? I’ve read online this is a bogus “membership charge” I’ve emailed numerous times and no one responds. No phone response. I just want my money back and I’d rather they not charge my card.
