"I traded in Vw Atlas 2023 made a deal with dealership to pay off vehicle not included my gap refund once canceled dealership took my refund that had nothing to do with sale or deal finance department has been rude byfar they squared contract twice I had to resign documents 3rd time REMOVEDwas aware of the deal and was aware my refund wasnt included in deal and they still took my refund and i was promised a call on today 7/8/24 with refund or resolution no call they have been monitoring my call he was rude to me on 7/6/24 said that he was told I called numerous time and that he told me he was gone call but honestly dont think he trying to resolve dont care if I called 9000 time my gap refund had nothing to do with the trade in deal I made that clear numerous time while I was there and REMOVEDstill took my money I reach out to VW drive easy they said they electronically sent REMOVEDto the dealer and I was intitled to those fund those fund was sent to them 6/17/24 and no one has no idea what going on is bs 906 was the remander from the processing fee I just want a solution which is my refund Ill never do business again and I shouldve backed out that deal when yall fREMOVEDked up documents 2 time I shoulda just said no but my husband assist I just knew a bs was going on and this explains it." ...
