I recently bought a 2014 **************** TDI from ******* *******.The car recently was T-boned and I got my insurance company involved and told ******* what was going on. So I told ******* I was going to get some estimates on Machanics that can repair the vehicle. So I received an estimate of $5000 to be repaired. I told my insurance company and *******. I told ******* that I am waiting on the insurance company to send a $5000 check that I have to sign off on and he would have to sign off on so we can get the vehicle repaired. ******* yelled and told me I went about the process the wrong way and I shouldve told him soon as it happened which is I did and it went left from there. So ******* told me that once I get the check bring the vehicle to him. So I received the check and took the car and the check to him. I took everything to him and he took the check without my signature and didnt refuse to sign because he says I didnt follow protocol. So I called the police and the police told us neither one of our signatures are on the check so its not any good for either one of us. So I rode off and the next morning I wake up to my car not being in the driveway. I recently paid him 500 2 days prior to this incident for my weekly not monthly but weekly payment and he still towed the vehicle with my personal items inside. I called the police on a stole vehicle and I called him he didnt answer for 4 days. Next thing I know I get a phone call from him telling me to come and retrieve my items from the vehicle with no explanation being said or nothing. When I get there all of my belongings are sitting outside at the front door. I asked him for my $500 back from my previous payment and he refused and told me that I was terminated from the program and to sign papers validating that and also to make sure I received all my belongings from the vehicle. I didnt sign that pacific paper work because to this day I am still missing a ***** Vuitton pursue and a Mac book.
