    Worst experience ever as a tenant here. I signed up to move in to this property along with my fiancé and from the beginning it was horrible. The then leasing manager (**********) was not equipped to fulfill her role and it showed immediately. After the hassle of getting everything in order I was finally prepared for move in. I had my mother, step father and friends to assist. We arrived to a unit that had not been cleaned in years. Air vents caked up with dust, holes in the drywall, food and dishes in the oven, a hole in the tub, trash on the floor, red pubic hair in showers and toilet, dirt as well in shower and toilet, warped drawers with mold, filthy carpet with toenail clippings everywhere, nails drilled in the balcony for Christmas lights I’d assume, filth everywhere in the laundry room, lifting lvp flooring, doors that wouldn’t properly shut, missing light fixtures, stains on countertops, left over food particles in the fridge and microwave, a broken dishwasher and garbage disposal, previous tenants medicines and more in drawers, no grease traps under microwave and the list goes on but I’m running out of characters. When I made the office aware of this they seemed reluctant. I was provided a refund on the cleaning fee.. that’s it from this so called luxury apt. I’ve stayed in luxury apts, this isn’t one. The gates don’t work, you’ll be harassed by local businesses because the janky valet trash service they use just dumps your trash in their dumpster (I have the voicemails and ring footage for proof) their maintenance do not wear uniforms so if you get a knock at your door at 1am from a guy in a blue t shirt and jeans that you can’t recognize he may or may not be an employee of theirs (again I have video proof) amenities may or may not be available during your lease and did I mention how my move in form listing all of this was conveniently misplaced but I had to go and find out? Want luxury, try Fort Family or Ravella. If you want trash try here or Gold Ollar

    On 4/12/2023 my fiancee car was towed and we were given the reason of the car was leaking fluids which was not true. *** ( office manager has been very rude and unethical to me for months because she don't like that I speak up for my rights and demands that she respects me and treats me fairly.) She was told by mainteance that his car was leaking fluids and that they took a picture and showed her so she called the police and also had it towed. The police ( state trooper) she called was a living resident on site that was not home at the time to come and run my fiancee tag and because it was not registered to no one in the complex that it was another reason why it was towed. We DO Not have reserved parking out here and it could of been a visitor or a rental car/ loaner car. They give prior notice to other cars we have seen that same state trooper tag and give prior notice for towing that have bad tags, no tags and incorrect parking. My fiancee car was parked correctly , Tag was good and car was insured and there was no leaks on the ground. A few weeks ago my fiancee went into office for a mainteance request that was marked as complete but was not done an we were told that they it was not priority to fix my clogged toilet because there was another toilet in the apartment which I couldnt understand and *** ( office manager ) and my fiancee had a exchange of words that she didnt like and this is why it was done. *** and the mainteance guy is aware of who car it was as they have waved and had numerous of conversations at his car prior to this incident occuring. WE was not giving any prior notice but we have witnessed other receiving prior notice. I requested to see the pictures of the oil leaks and was only shown a picture of his tag and side of his vehicle. There is a disabled vehicle out here right now that is parked in a handicap space and tag dated 2020 and it has not been touched and a sticker was placed on vehicle and we asked about that and was told they choose what vehicles they tow and its not our choice which was very unethical to me. *** is a bully and tries to control everything in the wrong way. The state trooper she is always using is never on duty and he also stays out here so I don't understand how he is allowed to intervene in any actions that need to be taken in this complex. When things didn't make sense of the reasoning they were giving they all worked together and gave rebuttals. We have witnessed different and his car was never leaking fluids to began with. When I walked into office to handle the situation she responded we can fix the issue but got upset because she didn't like that we were upset for the improper towing at that point she started having side conversations with the others in the office and giving us all kids of excuses for the same incident which was very weird. We contacted JSO where they advised it is a civil matter. Police report was made for this incident and HUD has been contacted as well. Car that has not been towed but has expired tag will be attached in photos ( red car), also parking space where car was there were no leaks picture was taking approx 30 mins after car was towed.
