  OMG! Where do I begin? My home warranty assigned them to me and they came to my house and "guessed" the problem. He initially said it seemed like a zoning board issue. He came out and replaced the blower motor and as soon as he left, the ** was doing the same thing it was doing before they came out. So then he came back out and said he was almost positive that it was the zone board causing issues. He said, I will send the request through AHS (home warranty company) for approval. I approved the charges of $559 for me to pay out of pocket. I didn't hear from the company so I reached out for a follow-up appointment. The lady who answered the phone (which I found out later that she is the owner) said "Oh, AHS didn't include the cost of labor. The labor will be $1,000 plus the $559" I asked what happened. She said when the tech came out to replace the blower motor, the ** was working in which I told her it was not working and that's why I called and texted the same day for a follow up appointment. She said the tech noticed burnt wiring outside due to a surge and I questioned why the tech didn't see the burnt wires when the blower motor was replaced. She said, the ** was working and we have photos of the outside of your unit showing the wires are burnt. I told her if the wires are burnt, it's because of the replaced blower motor that caused it to burn up. I told her I would like to speak with a manager and she said she would have someone call me back before the end of the day. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. My home warranty company sent someone else out to check on the unit for a second opinion and guess what? No evidence of ANY burnt wires. The tech showed me photos of my outside unit!!! The new company fixed the ** and it had nothing to do with burnt wiring or the zone board. I was not confident when the tech replaced my unit because I could hear in his voice that he was guessing what the problem was. This company is a joke and scammers!!!

  This company is a joke. Ive been without AC since April 27th. My home warranty assigned them to me and they only came to my house ONCE. I was told they would call and make an appointment with me and that NEVER happened. 34 days later, Im still without AC. My home warranty is a joke too. I am however getting a lawyer involved for the distress theyve caused. Ive called plenty of times and no one answers. The one time they answered I was told someone would call me back and they never did. If you are looking for a reliable company, please skip this one as they dont care about their customers. If youre looking for a home warranty, do NOT go with American home shield as they are horrible too. Sad to read the reviews left before me and seeing that this is an ongoing issue with their company. Theyre not communicative, and caring at all!

  Excellent knowledge of the *** took pressure readings, for the brand that is sealed it would not require feon for several more years unless leakage occurs.

  Beachs AC SENT a very professional , knowledgeable young man who fixed our AC WITHIN 30 minutes. He explained in detail what part he changed and we now have cold AC again. Thanks Beachs AC

  I was very satisfied with A/C services provided by Beaches A/C. Their technician, ******* was very knowledgeable and promptly identified my problem. He re-programmed my thermostat and the issue was solved. I would recommend this company for any A/C issues in your home .
