We have tried using Beaches air twice to no avail. Weve been waiting for a callback/return for a month and they refuse to call us. At this point I have no other recourse than to post this here along with all the other terrible reviews. Beaches air has shown up once and never again. My home warranty company keeps calling them and not getting any answer. if Beaches air is no longer in business then they should relay that info to their customers.

This company in the contractor hang out through my home warranty. They are unresponsive. When you do get a response, it is very often rude and short, and they do not resolve the problems. They will hang up in your face and will not send any information to you or the home warranty but will happily send you a quote to finance a new AC system.

They've been absolutely awful. I got a new faulty unit installed and they refuse to come back and fix it. They try to absolve themselves from responsibility and place blame on others. I would recommend staying far away from this company.

****************. ***************** They were assigned to me thru my home warranty company, why they still use them I have no idea. After repeatedly reaching out to Beaches Air, leaving 4 messages. I was never able to get a hold of them. They have terrible customer service and then LIED saying they came to my house and completed the service when they did not. They are a nightmare and shouldnt be in business. Avoid them at all costs.

Very unprofessional and rude .. Service Tech came to property and did not communicate and reschedule. I received a call from this company the next day. I tried to call back 5 times no phone calls back. I received a text message the next day out of the blue they are on their way l. I called and spoke with a dispatcher who was rude and hung up and cancelled my appointment. I called back to speak with a supervisor and no one would answer the phone .

Been working with my home warranty company that has assigned your company. Called beaches air listed on the website. Just a answering machine. Called left multiple messages. they dont call you back. Originally, they came out on July 2nd and said my house was hit by lighting. Not true. RR electric came out and verified all the wiring up to the ** units. All power id good. Its been two weeks and even AHS can't get hold of them. What else can I do? If you don't want to work and answer AHS calls or emails, then go out of business is my recommendation. Don't leave customers hanging.

Unfortunately American Home Shield (AHS) uses the lowest cost, least skilled, and bottom of the barrel vendors. Beaches is one of those vendors. They do not take the time to actually diagnose the problem. After the Beaches tech "diagnosed" the problem I requested a second opinion. A second opinion ordered by *** proved that what the tech from Beaches said was complete inaccurate as to the cause of the issue. The tech from the second company actually took the time to remove other parts from my air handler and find the issue and provided a completely different opinion than Beaches did.
