      Ordered product. They cancelled order next day. No customer service or explanation. Emailed, called and contacted through website. Somebody went to a lot of trouble making their inventory catalog make it look like they have many, many different items. Paid through Paypal so at least they didn't get my card number but if they are that good they might get through that. I just want the hard to find item I ordered for my aunt. No shipping fee WAS too good to be true. Red flag!! Rivox LLC/ Brivol.com/ Brivol shop seems to be a scam after reading other reviews.

      In May 2023, I placed a business order for a product advertised on the Brivol website. A month later, my order hasn't shipped. I emailed to ask for an update and received an automated response about a Payment Gateway issue and they were working on it. I emailed again in mid-June to ask for an update; once again I received an automated response saying there was a Payment Gateway issue. The Brivol phone number listed on their website doesn't work. They have my credit card information, so I am in the process of cancelling my credit card. I've since read the reviews, and it looks like I'm not the only one having this same issue.

      I placed an order May 15, 2023 that was placed on hold. I get this response: There is Payment Gateway issue on our website so the order was not processed. And there is no money debited from your card. Once issue solved we will email you.This is my latest response and reply to the June 6 response: Within a day you will get mail.It has been a week and I have no mail. On hold for a month. I am about to run out of patience and about ready to cancel.
