  Absolutely NO HELP in programming my remote door lock fob. Web site has an option for help in programming that basically tells you to hire a locksmith or go to a dealer. If they are not going to help with programming, the should make it clear and remove the "HELP WITH PROGRAMMING" from their web site.

  i ordered two keyfobs for my ****** prius from locksmith Keyless on March 30, 2024. THREE TIMES THEY HAVE SENT THE WRONG KEYFOBS. They email me saying I ordered the wrong ones. That is a lie. Last time I was on the phone with a representitive from their company and we ordered the keyfobs together. They still sent the wrong ones. When I send the wrong ones back I pay for the shipping. They are in ******* I am in **********. They also charge a 25% restocking fee. They are running a scam! Then they started in with their gift cards and I used them but still send the wrong ones. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I SERVED HONORABLY ON THE KOREAN DMZ AND VIETNAM. I AM A MAN OF HONOR! I DO NOT LIE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

  The major complaints about Locksmith Keyless include:1. A hidden return policy that requires the purchaser to pay and provide: a) A 25% restocking charge b) A charge for the original shipping costs c) A charge for the return shipping costs d)Two pre-approval emails: One email that requires the purchaser to provide a photograph of the returned merchandise along with 4 statements of the condition of the return; and a second email that requires the purchaser to state I, (purchaser name) hereby agree to the terms of the refund agreement. e) A return in the original package. This is an unnecessary requirement and a trap without Locksmith Keyless providing any prior notice. f) A return within 30 days of purchase. Again, this is a trap. Locksmith Keyless controls the approval process for returns and can delay the process without any customer knowledge or control.2. Poor customer service in that ********************** did not respond to my first email (for at least 9 days) and not until I called them and waited on the phone for 1 hour (yes 60 minutes) for Locksmith Keyless to transfer my call from customer service to sales to customer service.3. None of the return requirements are provided or referenced in any sales document, receipt or any place where a purchaser would be notified. When asked, I was told the return requirements are referenced (NOT STATED) in the foot notes of the Locksmith Keyless web page. 4. Locksmith Keyless is not a reputable business. The company is dependent on its return scam practices to cheat legitimate purchasers.To remedy my complaints I require the following Locksmith Keyless actions to correct these scam practices:The scam costs of $228.08 must be returned to me: a) $156.78 The original purchase charge b) $39.20 The 25% restocking charge c) $15.00 The original shipping charge d) $17.10 The return shipping charge.Include all six of its return requirements in catalog.

  Beware! Dont buy stuff from this website because they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. The product you see isn't exactly what you will get in the mail! They will blame on other party instead their own mistakes. I brought an Orange color Xhorse VVDI Mini Key generate but when I received it was color grey instead orange. I contacted the customer service they're saying they can do the return but with 25% restock fee when is their fault. Go ***

  False advertisement!!!! This company is NOT a certified locksmith and has no knowledge of what is being advertised which means no help or advise if something doesn't work. The key i bought is still stuck in the ignition. This company put the responsibility on the dealership that programmed the key. So of course, no warranty. What good is an extended warranty. What a RIP off.

  They are rip off company . I spent $32.37 for a key fob and had to retrun it because is was the wrong one. I paid shipping to return it. When they refunded my money it was only $14.99 they charged me 25% for useless key fob. *** TO **** and got what I was looking for a whole lot cheaper. I will never do bussiness with these gangesters again.

  Do not do business with them, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. All shipping is paid for by costomers, even if the fault is with Locksmith Keyless. I had to spend $40, only to get back $20, not even sure i'll ever get that, total ripoff!

  I bought my first key with Locksmith keyless and had an issue where the fob wasn't working because the keys battery holder broke. The company makes you pay for shipping when your order the Item and you you also pay yourself to send it back even though its their issue. I was only refunded what the key price was and that was given to me via a gift card I could only spend on their website. I tried to give them another chance and use that gift card to purchase another key and after it arrived it wasn't able to be programed to the car. It was a waste of money and time.
