    The wrong item was ordered.return policy based on what I was told is customer is to pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee almost the cost of the item shipping included just to return the product ridiculous and stupid. Would rather keep item, sell it and buy the correct item elsewhere.

    The VVDI key programmer arrived in good time. It worked and I was able to make new "keys" for my motorcycle. If I hade made one new key transponder, the cost of the programmer and the chips would have been 1/3 that of getting one spare key from the dealer... BUT I was able to make 6 spare key transponders, making the cost of each 1/16th of what they would have cost from the dealer. Net cost of $25 each compared to $400 each. Very happy with the results! The one negative thing is related to the programmer itself, not locksmith keyless, which is that the instructions with the programmer are terrible. I was able to figure out how to use it but I can imagine some people being very frustrated by the lack of information. This review is of Locksmith Keyless. My review of the VVDI would be a bit less favorable, but it was still a great deal for what I wanted to do.

    Still havent received it. Was told that since the post office said it was delivered, even though it wasnt, there was nothing they would do. The post office to contact the company for refund but they wont refund me.

    Received my order, even had a switch up last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Product was as same as described on website. Not my first purchase with them and definitely wont be the last.

    I wanted a key just to be able to open the car door so I could go for a hike without the large key fob (no chip so new key will not start the car - exactly what I wanted). An employee at a local hardware store recommended I order the blanks and bring them to be cut. Total cost under $20! I'm beyond happy with my purchase.

    Terrible experience. I ordered some key fobs. The *** one came without the key blank (emergency key). I notified them, they went back and forth for weeks on an email exchange. Requested pictures. The listing specifically said the key blank was included and the listing photos showed it as well. Did I mention the box was beat up and it was open when it arrived? After a long email chain with poor customer service, they mailed me a key blank, saying that I really didn't deserve it but they would authorize it anyway. When it did arrive, it wasn't ***. ********. *****.
