    I wish I could give 0 stars. They are unreliable and should not be allowed to work with animals. They did not show up and did not call. I booked this service to give subcutaneous fluids to my cat, who was staying with my parents while I was abroad. My cat has kidney disease and **needs subcutaneous fluids every 2 days**. Everything was confirmed, but they simply did not show up. My parents had to urgently find a vet last minute on a Saturday and make arrangements for the rest of her stay with them.

    Very corrupt and deceitful company. They misrepresent people and then tell lies to try and cover their tracks. Nothing but a web of lies. Stay away from this nonsense and save yourself trouble. They are greedy and desperate, looking for ways to make money from honest, trustworthy people.

    I recently used their transport services for my dogs and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about different pet products and services. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about what was best for my dogs.
